Why does their nonstick frying pan “stick”..? I have no issues with other non stick pans just Mint!

Does M.I.N.T. still market their large double handed non-stick pan? We bought a few years back and cannot seem to find it being sold. It is a fantastic pan that we use constantly and trying to get another. Many thanks.
