Hi Rach I am unable to answer your question, however if you feel being mislead by Woolworths (like I did) then I suggest you ask Woolworths. I am not purchasing anything that is linked to these 'cards' of convenience... so they market this product and you get to find out... you had been ripped off, again!

no need. i was going to but paypal is designed to protect your details, as its a single load card its not nessecary.. but you can add the card to your paypal account just be sure to select the right one at the checkout, and i think you have to have it set so that it asks you what method rather than choosing the default itself.... easier just to go to visa payment though

Hi Merley Don't waste time on phones etc. Go to a Woolies store and get the people on the inquiry counter to sort it. If they give you a hard time ( which is extremely unlikely ) ask for the manager. That is my take on all problems when dealing with buisnesses and it never fails. Don't be timid! You are the customer. Cheers

I don't think it matters what you put as the name. One time I put my name, another time I put 'visa'. Both worked.

My comments on this card were made many months ago and it is now only a distant memory. I can only remember it as being one of the most frustrating commercial cons I have suffered. I don't remember much of the detail, so sorry, but l can't help you with your inquiry.

Pretty sure you can only use it at a Woolies supermarket, but it is so long ago that I had one I can't remember much about it

Sorry Nick, but I can't remember much about the card. I ditched it long ago. I think there is a phone number on the back you could ring, but if it was me,I'd take it to a Woolworths service counter and tell them to find the info for you. When they say they don't know,insist on seeing the manager and give him a hard time. Works for me. Good luck.

Gazza I think you can get it on line from Woolworths or by ringing some number on back of card. I just told shop front counter staff to get it. It probably won't be real accurate as I think they slug you a bit of commission each purchase time.

Gday Nick. My policy with all this sort of thing is not to waste time on the computer. I wait till I go to the company concerned and get their info staff to sort it all out. I have found Woolies service desk staff have a 5 star rating for being obliging. Better than some of their products and policies!

I called the helpline on behalf of my daughter and they said to type the words "prepaid card."

To the best of my knowledge, you cannot use this card anywhere other than Woolworths. Not even Big W !

Yes, ive done it before ! :) just go to Woolworths or any other supermarket, and ask them for cash out! Or do it yourself on the self checkout register!
