I just received the radiator from Worley Perth, and their service was excellent. Their website staff even double checked with me. I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. I guess if some people use this radiator not bad, they may not spend time leave a good reviews.
Worley Perth is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Will not contact me after 4 e-mails, 3 phone messages. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They sent me the wrong radiator with the transmission outlets, should have been 1/2" they sent me M12. Ring Melbourne so are so helpful.
Very poor service have waited for 2 weeks and have still not recieved tracking number don't think item has even been shipped.Products might be cheap but don't waste your time shop with someone else that's more reliable
High performance radiator – I have received the radiator, free shipping, the performance is so good, very recommand worley!!!
Products fail and they don't uphold there warrenty they state for the product – Products fail within a few months, and they don't uphold there warrenty they state for the product. They will just ignore you.
BAD Bad aluminium radiator – DONT purchase an Aluminum radiator over a year ago and the thing looses a bucket of water a day its undrivable their solution was to sell me another ,these radiators are just no good save your money and get a copper one that will last you at least 10 years
Wrong and faulty – Worley sent a 2 core not the 3 core I paid for. the transmission cooler fittings don't seal and are contaminated with metal polish residue still waiting on my money
Aluminium radiator – Seems alright for now I guess. I thought it had a leak but was just one of my hoses wasn't clamped properly.
Not an honourable business – Received radiator and writhing 2 weeks had a failed weld. Notified Worley and they agreed to reimburse $50 for the repair. A few weeks later and another fail in the weld (different weld) notified the seller and came to the agreement of a full refund. To my surprise they refunded the money but was $50 short. Three messages later and still no answer from them re the $50 they owe . Absolutely shocking business sense
Bad products – I bought a radiator and found that trans cooler in the tank was leaking back into water tank rang them, said they would ring back. Tried ringing them and they now are avoiding my phone calls. Would be happy with replacement but they obviously don't wanna talk with me. Not happy!!
Manufacturing fault with minor part – We received the radiator by courier within a few days of the ebay order. The box was ripped open on one side so we sent a message to the seller and took photos before investigating for damage. The radiator is supposed to be a 100% compatible replacement for the standard GMH oem. This Worley is a full alloy radiator with twin cooling tanks for… Read more
the automatic transmission. The Holden uses AN hydraulic fittings but the Worley uses NPT gas fittings, so a bag of 4 double end threaded adapters is supplied to connect this to that.
As we started draining the coolant and removing parts from our car to access our original radiator and disconnecting hard lines, we set all the parts out and discovered that a couple of the adapters (supplied by Worley) were dodgy. There was a flat spot and there was a crease in the aluminium through the thread and on the mating surface. We won't get a watertight pressure seal with these dodgy adapters.
This is inconvenient but since it is an obvious manufacting fault, we expected that Worley Auto Parts, who promote themselves as a manufacturer, would be eager to provide a replacement ASAP. We sent messages via ebay.com.au, photo evidence of the faulty part and photo of the delivery label, to prove the radiator was shipped from Worley in Hoopers Crossing Victoria.
We are very surprised by the runaround we received from Worley through their ebay store.
One of the messages was "we will check for you" but it seems to have been a delay tactic to get past the 30 day ebay seller responsibility threshold.
Not having use of the car that is waiting for this radiator has been costly to us. They don't seem to care.
We have contacted ebay.com.au about this situation and the advice is to get money back through PayPal buyer protection.
This problem would have been easily sorted within a couple of days, but the poor customer service response to the poor quality control has killed our confidence in this product.
A part that costs Worley $2:will now cost them a $160 sale, but it has cost us a lot more than that.
