It's better than mowing the lawn but – Make sure there's no dog poo on the lawn, what a disaster! It has errors saying the wire is missing sometimes - the wire isn't missing. Digs holes sometimes it doesn't detect objects. Overall, it can't be left alone. I've attached an example picture of a hole it dug. Show details

Very Frustrating – The purchased the Landroid to ease my work and to manage my small lawn. It worked perfectly for two days and now it says the Wire is missing. I checked with them and they sent me a video and have been spending a lot of time figuring out the problem. It is so frustrating and taking a lot of time to work on the error. Show details

Buy something else – So, I decided to give it a fair go of a month before I wrote a review. Don't buy this. It just doesn't work properly. Cuts its own perimeter wire, constantly gets stuck. I mean constantly. If it mowed twice a day I'm out there at least 5 to 7 times to fix it. I got this as a present and although the gesture was amazing and so was the idea this… Read more

device just doesn't do what it's meant to do. There is one good thing I will admit. It does seem very robust. We have very heavy rain and it doesn't miss a beat in that regard.

Ok when it works – The robot just randomly goes across the lawn which is very inefficient, not sure why it doesn't use a technology similar to house cleaning robots. The perimeter wire will get cut constantly, it is a pain to keep it completely buried so the mower itself doesn't lift it and cut when trying to get to the edge. Edge cutting doesn't work properly as… Read more

your lawn would need to be 100% flush with the pavers on the side, otherwise the mower won't have traction to go up any small almost imperceptible height difference. I'm swapping the mowing with constant maintenance of the robot, I hope one day it works.. if you haven't spent the mony yet, wait until better tech is available, those problems are likely similar in other models/brands.
