Unfortunately a very bad experience with Wow Solar. Have been waiting almost 6 months for our solar battery install. Promised an install soon after paying a deposit. installation by the end of the year and they had my equipment in stock now. December date locked in but they cancelled night before due to a installer being sick. Promised a early January install with a date locked in, afternoon before I'm chasing them up to see what time installer will be here to then find out one of the installers was on leave. Told them I wanted installation by the 17th January or I would cancel and still nothing. Cancelled contract after that. Add to this had a site visit and told everything was fine and compliant. However months later they ask to confirm ceiling height in garage and then get told the size battery I ordered would be compliant and they would need to drop one module. I ask what the refund would be and got told would still be the same price, after arguing with them was offered some refund if they couldn't make it compliant. Found just before I cancelled that it is two seperate teams one does the solar panels and one does the battery so unsure why part couldn't have been done when they cancelled my install dates

IWOW SOLAR NO RESPONSE – I had solar panel installed after a year it stop working I call there office no answer just goes to hang up on opposite side. I have call [Name Removed] the owner on his mobile he answer and say I look in to it but never call back very frustrating.

Professional job – I’m Very happy with the installation the installers were very professional and clean and it was a very good price The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend

Excellent – All staff from the admin team to the installers, everyone was friendly and helpful The installation process was simple and when we had questions they were happy to help out in anyway possible

Solar installation company every efficient – The installation went well, the installation crew were friendly. Happy with the job. They dropped back in to make sure everything went well, as well as follow up phone calls.

Pathetic installers – Lack of communication by the installers. Usege of power supply for charging tools and putting rubbish in the owners bin without even asking. And mainly getting access or entering my garage while owner wasn't home. Wont recommend this type of installers to anyone.

Easy, hassle free install – Installers were very polite and helpful. Just a nice easy hassle free install. Unlike the reviewer further down, they set up my WiFi for me without me even asking, so not sure what the issue was there with his installer. I also received my Electrical Safety Certificate the same day via email. These are done online now, not the old paper form method, which may be what the reviewer below was expecting. Show details

Good system – After a few changes in relation to installing alongside our standby generator which was accommodated the system was installed professionally and is working well. I am very happy with the outcome.

Very Happy – We were very happy with our dealings with WOW solar. We found them to be very friendly, experienced, very informative about their product, and helpful with our concerns. Their customer service was great. The installation was of a very good quality and the team was very friendly. The price of the solar panel system was affordable.

Not the service I was promised – Before having solar installed I spoke to the sales team and we agreed on three key requirements . 1)My old solar would be taken away after installation 2)The Wifi would be set up and I would be shown how to use the app 3)A safety certificate would be supplied on the day of installation . None of these these happened. I was told by the installation company that they were not allowed to take away the old solar, they could not set up my wifi fandango they would send me a safety certificate later that day.

To set up the Wifi I was told to read the manual and if I had any issues give the supplier a call and they would help. Thi is not something we do, I was told.

The safety certificate arrived several day later and signed by a staff member who had never been to my home.

The service was not what we agreed and I fee very let down and it felt like they would say and agree to anything thing to get my sale .

I would not recommend WOW Solar and would be very cautious dealing with them

Easy to liaise with company! – Prepared to give a reasonable deal, educate client and install with minimal disruption. Relatively new installation so provided no leaks when it rains - great job! Service commendable from first contact to post installation.

Good product with good service – I have had this solar system installed last year. First bill was higher then my expectations but after that it’s definitely worth to have it and save 50 to 70% of power bills.
