Stopped working after 12 months. Despite having a 2 year warranty they are refusing to replace the unit. Water has entered the electrical compartment to cause the failure, so is a clear warranty issue. Show details

Very simple to use. Charge the unit, install the app and select your preferred cleaning mode, then drop the unit into the pool and off it goes! The Wybot customer service team are not responsive. Numerous emails asking for assistance and not one reply. All they want is your money and customer service is not on their radar. Buy another type to avoid any grief down the road because this mob doesn’t care about you. Show details
