S26 Soy

I'm so glad to see it's suitable for Vegans – it smells like potatoes but you get pretty used to it. I noticed a little constipation in very early use but it sorted itself out after a week. The formula is easy to prepare and is more concentrated than Karicare so one tin will last almost twice as long I agree there need to be smaller sachets or tins for travel The longer the tin has been open the less my baby wants to drink it
A wonderful find for us – Like many other people we tried several different formulas that didn't seem to suit our baby. Our son suffered with eczema and his stomach also seemed sensitive. HR formula left him constantly hungry. Goat Milk formula made him rather constipated, chuck up regularly and his skin got worse rather than better. We are so relieved to find S26 Soy, it… Read more
fills our baby up and does not inflame his eczema. He is also regular and his poo is a much healthier yellow, rather than the dark green he was passing on the other formulas. This has turned out to be the right formula for our baby. It is also widely avaiable and is not as expensive as some other specialty formulas. My only concern is that it is very sweet (contains sucrose) and will probably turn our baby into a sweet tooth. easy to find, inexpensive for a specialty formula contains sucrose
Terrible – Only use if you really had to. I would not recommend to anyone did not have any benefits for us Makes vomit smell really bad, my sons poo was really runny, smelly and he went 3 times a day
Good – It seems you trade one thing for another when you have a baby with intolerances - our bub suffered greatly with dairy formulas even the hypo allergenic ranges out there. We finally started soy formula and it was fantastic, she was much better, but we have another problem constipation. After much deliberation we decided to try her on the Karicare… Read more · 1
Soy because it has no sugar and most review state that if you don't have success with one, try the other. Bubs feeding dropped dramatically, the damage had been done and she was already accustomed to the sweet taste of the S26 Soy formula. I personally tried both and the taste was different - amazingly different. S26 is very sweet. My suggestion would be to try your baby on the Karicare first before the S26, especially if you are concerned about sugar! Has helped my bub with lactose, dairy intolerance and reflux. sucrose, a baby doesn't really need this - does it? Constipation.
Good – I was happy with it. My not the price. But that doesn't matter as the vomitting my children were doing calmed down a whole lot. compared to how they first started off. the only problem i find is that they should make smaller tin's when you are going away so you dont need to take a whole full tin. I had both my children on this after 3 weeks old.… Read more
As they both couldnt keep any other formula's down. As they both cant handle dairy. The price. There isnt many other cheaper brands that you could use instead of S26.
Terrible – Wyeth's baby formula S-26 is contaminated with genetically manipulated (GM) soy and corn. Wyeth will not recall S-26 and says it is "well recognised" that non-GM products may contain traces of GMOs through cross-pollination during cultivation, harvesting, storage, transport or processing and will not recall or label either. Food Standards… Read more
Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) will also not recall S-26 or require it to be labelled, while Coles and Woolworths refuse to remove S-26 from their shelves. The pretext for all this inaction is that S-26 contains less than 1% GM. But this 1% threshold, set by FSANZ, is a loophole for accidental pollution only. S-26 is routinely contaminated as every test in the past decade has been GM positive. The law should be enforced. To protect your babies, refuse to buy GM polluted S-26. Other baby formulas are available which are not contaminated with genetically manipulated soy and corn. S-26 is contaminated with genetically manipulated (GM) soy and corn according to reliable tests.
Good – This was the only formula that our second baby would take, even though he was not lactose intolerant. Fortunately our GP recommended trying it as we were at our wit's end trying to find a suitable formula that he would drink, and this one worked. Good quality formula for babies who cannot or will not tolerate dairy formulas. More expensive than other brands. Soy variety can be a bit more difficult to find than the original variety.
Excellent – We tried Three other brand before S26 and only S26 could help our baby. The others had different effects such as the runs or constipation and even severe stomach pains that would last 1-2 Hours. Good Stuff. AAA+++ Great for babies who are not fully tolerate to dairy products. They say it contain GM Soy. (Big Deal) What doesn't these days?
OK – I would recommend this formula ... it is a grate product i have tried pervious formulas and this was the best for my son . Our son was lactoes intorlarant this help sooth hes tummy pains , gain weight fast , very contented after feeds consitpation found nearly every stool was very hard =[
Good – this product really helped settle my daughters stomach as she really struggled with the s26 original, she suffered really bad constipation, but with soy it helped her digestive system become regular. easy to digest, helped my daughters bowel movements, price, rich smell
