My bub was sent home with Nan Opti Pro 1 formula from the hospital and this left him constipated, gassy and fussy. As a mixed fed baby from 2 days old, my daughter has no trouble going between breast and bottle with mumamoo. I love that it doesn’t make her poop or spit-up smell gross like other brands do. I came across mumamoo reviews online and in a last attempt I bought a can not holding out hope he'd take it.. what a surprise we had! His first bottle he scoffed the whole thing with no fight and from then on flaps in arms in excitement for a bottle now.. our older 2 kids even said how much better it smelt than the others and he has that beautiful milk breath he had when breastfeeding.. he has gone from drinking max 400ml in a day (and it was a struggle) to 700ml + 3 meals a day. Another mum friend of mine also raved about it and how pleasant it even tasted (yes she taste tested!) and said how some were so foul tasting, it’s no wonder some babies don’t like formula. I agree that Mumamoo actually smells like milk! That was the first thing I noticed. The fact that it has pre and probiotics is also great for those that have a gentle gut system like my baby does. After a week of transitioning over, I can safely say bub has taken to this formula so easily and she doesn’t fuss as much when she’s drinking, nor is she as gassy, and her stools are looking healthier! I love that this is also Aussie made and with real mums that understand how hard it is to find formulas that work. Would highly recommend this if you’re in the market for something that is gentle on tummy’s, aussie made and made with quality ingredients. I think it’s also super reasonably priced considering how expensive some other formulas are in the market. The only thing is I wished I could find this in supermarkets as well and not just from chemist warehouse as both times I’ve gone to buy a tin, it was the last one on the shelves.

Along with a recommendation from a friend, I was drawn to the brand because of its values and vision. minutes to see if the foam would settle in and it didnt much at all so it was clumpy and foamy. It took us a few force feeds to get him to accept it so we are switching back to oli milk.

We are currently using mumamoo stage 3 for our daughter after using it for our son we have had both our children on this formula since they stopped breastfeeding. We used the Mumamoo Stage 1 and Stage 2 formulas. Our baby loved the taste and we found the subscription service really easy to navigate.
