Would love a refund – Absolute rubbish. Chain was blunt and soft straight out of the box, was real hard to start from new. Butterfly screw for adjusting the revs is always loose and changes whenever. Chain tightening screw always comes loose and cutting the second tree with it and the pull start broke. do not waste your money.

Lack of displacement – Purchased via Ebay. Saw started easily and so far appears to run OK. Minor problems with the chain brake during assembly. Significant issue was the saw was advertised and clearly labelled as having 75cc displacement. It isn't, it is only 56cc having a bore of 46mm and a stroke of 34mm. This is easily measured by removing the spark plug and exhaust. Vendor responded that manufacturer suggested that the incorrect saw was put into the box. And first option was to provide full refund as they had no more stock. Difficult to believe as the saw had two labels on the body indicating 75cc and there was still several ads from the vendor on Ebay with stock levels > 10 units. Returning the item was an issue as fuel and oil had been put into the chainsaw and it would have required a complete clean before any shipping/freight company would ship it. Fuel/Oil are considered dangerous goods WRT freight. Vendor suggested partial refund and that I retain the chainsaw accepting it's lack of displacement. Agreed to this. For the significant reduction in price it made economic sense to keep the saw. YMMV A Google search would suggest that poetic license regarding the displacement of these cheap chainsaws is common practice.

Usage update. Been cutting some Jarrah slabs with the saw. So far cuts well and no obvious problems. But the plastic parts do feel flimsy so have been taking care with how the saw is handled.
