Aches, pains, chills, migraines – Oh dear! After ONE satchet.... Tastes great and I thought I would have more energy, but didnt feel too different. By the afternoon, i developed severe aching in my arms, legs, back and head. Chills like I had a fever. Had to jump in a hot bath and then heat the room up ridiculously. I was shaking cos i felt cold, and felt like I had a fever. Took nurofen and it didn"t help. Took an antihistamine an hour later and relief came after 20mins. Head cleared and chills subsided.

I obviously have some allergy to it.

Won't be buying again. That was scary.
