Bough an pair of Earmor shooting earplugs, good price and fast shipping.
No issue at all, smooth transaction, highly recommend! Trigger lock works perfectly.
Mate, I still can’t believe it — thirty-odd bucks and I’ve got myself two bloody solid ammo boxes. Thought they’d be cheap rubbish at that price, but nah, these things are built tough as nails. Lids snap shut proper, hinges feel sturdy, and they’ll cop a fair beating out bush without falling apart. For the coin, it’s a bloody steal. Fair dinkum, you’d be mad not to grab a set.
Happy with my purchase from Xhunter, smooth process and the gear is working perfectly.
I have found Xhunter to be a good online store , good products fair prices & reasonable customer service . I just wish you could talk to someone on the phone , I could sort things out simply in 5 min rather than 3 or 4 days via snail email .
Poor Service and Poor Postage Time This seems to be one of those businesses that runs part time from someones home garage or shed. When the only contact details are through an email link and no phone number, you know something is a bit dodgy. Fortunately for me, I used Paypal to make my purchase and will seek a refund for non delivery through the… Read more
Paypal dispute system. I would strongly suggest anyone considering dealing with this mob don't. However, if you do, only do so with Paypal. Xhunter have not responded to my email inquiry within the time they state so I will get my refund and purchase from another supplier. There are so many reputable, reliable suppliers in Australia that will take your orders seriously, there is no need to deal with the Dodgy mob. I will give anyone a go and I have given Xhunter an opportunity in good faith. Lesson learned.
(Update) I did get a response from Xhunter informing me that they are a "just in time" online business. This means, they do not keep stock at hand. They get your order (and money) and then they order in the product from one of their suppliers and when they receive the goods, they then send on to you. If their supplier is in China (as most seem to be), you may have to wait a couple of weeks to receive your goods, or longer. There is a reason these "just in time" online suppliers are marginally cheaper than the mainstream suppliers that actually hold stock. Sometimes that 2% saving isn't worth the wait.
Poor service and very dodgy refund offer – Firstly the postage was slow - it took 10 days for my order to arrive from Melbourne based outlet to my Sydney address. Secondly, the item they sent me did not match my order. It was less than half the monetary value of my order and did not meet my needs. When they finally responded to my email notifying them of the problem they offered me a 30%… Read more
monetary refund. Talk about trying to wash the problem away as fast as possible with no regard for the monetary loss and inconvenience incurred by the customer as a result of their mistake.
