The pits, buyer beware, be very suspicious of companies like XO that do not allow consumers to leave Google reviews. XO garden accessories charge premium prices and their customer service is poor, not at all commensurate with their prices. Very disappointing
If I could leave zero stars I would. Within 6 months of receiving our hose, it started blistering & splitting. After losing half the length of the hose, I emailed & was told it sounded faulty & they’d send a replacement, their website stated they have a 12 month warranty anyway. with clear weak spots. I emailed straight away & received no reply, the hose started bursting after two days. I sent a further 2 follow-ups & no reply. I left a bad review on their Instagram account & was subsequently blocked. A disgrace of a product & company.

Bitter experience - doesn’t live up to the hype – After just a couple of months the hose has faded in colour. It is advertised as a premium hose that is meant to have a high UV protection. smell. It is the actual PVC that smells. It is so strong that it takes my breath away when using. The product is a much better looking hose than your average green garden hose. It definitely has a designer look. However because of the issues mentioned, I cannot recommend this product. The company has been contacted with my concern, but sadly no response has been made. The hose retails for $99.
23/05/24 received a follow up to this review saying that I never made contact with the company with my concerns. Accused me of lying and trying to hurt small business.I have all my emails as proof. They have just made contact again. I questioned the 5 star review left about their hose by [Name Removed]., as my correspondence from their company was from a [Name Removed]’ Magically the review disappeared. Not before I was able to screen shot it. Whole experience has been terrible.Original review was 2 star. After the emails they have sent me I down graded to 1 star.
