friendly. Prab was knowledgeable and friendly and just really got on with eveything he promised. The whole experience felt much more personal than the "Big Box" stores in the City's North.

Great service – These guys get things done, and are willing to help. I've had same day service on several tyre change / repairs, where at other bike shops it can take a week. Great service and Advice – Just had my 2011 R1 serviced from Yamaha City - they fixed an on going issue with the starting under warranty and i was 2 months out of the warranty period! saved me $800 dollars. cannot recommend these guys enough did the right thing by the customer and ill definitely be back good communication and pricing

Terrible After Sales Service – I had issues with them after the sales. Like a typical salesman, won't listen to the issue and past the phone to another department/person. Had issue with the bike after few weeks and send it back to them. Took 4 weeks to get it fixed. After few months, the bike broke down again and this time he totally ignored my call/emails. terrible after sales service
