not giving up. He should not be allowed to still have a business when he has ripped and stolen money off so many people.

Stay away – I believe we have been possibly scammed or the company has gone broke, who knows by a company by the name of yes home improvements/ yes outsourcing and marketing. We have reason to believe that he had moved houses (told to us by our ex sales rep which may or may not be true). All the phone numbers have been disconnected.

We are at a loss of what to do now and where to go next.

We have been to NCAT and had court orders for him to pay up. We have also got approval from the courthouse to garnish the company’s account. The account was in debit. We haven’t paid for the sheriff to go out to his premises yet.

made a call phone to the online call 1300....of the company over 2 months ago advising there is a delay with the blinds, so I said ok... then last month, i kept calling to the company for one month, said the account is not available, said try it later for everyday

Then i emailed every two days for updates.

I found out the website looked changed quick now after i saw it last times, I am very disappointed and devastated. Today, the ex worker told me the company went something wrong why he wasn't working anymore and they own him. He will help me what's going on with my installation blinds and owning $400! My next step is to contact Fair Trading and ASIC and legal advice as to how I can get my money back...All I wanted is to have my blinds, been waiting for so long and now this...should have researched into this company before I paid anything... such a big disappointment. My mother in law always complain what's going on with her bedroom's window, she need it new one after old blind is broken. I cannot say further to her cause me embarrassing because she said the company lied she believed firstly I thought she is right, but i will find a good business soon for new blind to her bedroom, i will pay for her... because of this company is really BAD!

removed] who is the new owner but no reply. I received a call from the company over 2 months ago advising there is a delay with the shutters, so I said ok.... I then received by emails receipts for what I paid in total $22,400.00. recently i have been emailing the company [name removed] and their accounts asking for updates, after 6-7 emails, not one reply... I am very disappointed and devastated. today [name removed], the ex worker told me they are heading for insolvency. I am a lawyer. I too gave them money and never received the product. My colleague and I are prepared to take them up but we need your help.

This needs to stop, it is a scam on a large scale, comprising call centers in Manila etc.
