Yeti Rambler 18oz Bottle with Chug Cap

We bought 4 Yeti Rambler water bottles (2 different sizes). On two of them, the small O ring inside the chug cap was missing, and one later fell out. Yeti will not send a replacement O-ring, and it is not possible to buy a replacement. Instead, Yeti suggests we buy a whole new cap. We bought Yeti for quality, and the bottles do keep water cold; however, the lack of attention to detail on the cap means that they can leak.

Doesn't stay cold – I bought this particular drink bottle for my daughter who likes cold water. I splurged on a yeti, having had one of my own for a couple of years and thought it was good quality. Well her $49.95 drink bottle does not keep water cold, does not keep ice in it for long and the water is warm by the end of her school day. Mine keeps ice and the water is cold. Not sure whether yeti standards have dropped or we just got a faulty one. I make it the same as mine in the morning and she does not open it during the day. Overall disappointed, I will go back to the cheap plastic ones and put it in the freezer.
