It keeps my water cold and fresh for hours, even on hot days. The insulation is incredible, and the chug cap makes it super easy to drink without spilling. The bottle feels sturdy and high-quality, perfect for everyday use or outdoor trips.

Excellent product, great cusotmer service and super fast delivery – Yeti is known for their quality products, I bought a drink bottle for my child for school. The product was exactly as I ordered on the Yeti website! This company works fast to get your order out for delivery. My order was received within one day of placing an online order, and we live in Regional NSW. Excellent customer service!

Avoid - Seriously flawed overpriced product – Avoid this product at all costs. The tl:dr version - cap thread will strip. Known fault. Not 'dent proof'. We bought this as we'd read Yeti has a reputation for being well made and long lasting, so spent the hefty $85 on it. It was neither well-built nor long lasting, it was only expensive, and lived up to the yeti's other name: abominable. The 'dent proof' bottle dented and scratched after being dropped, while empty, from about 15cm. I could forgive it that, if that were the only problem. The chug cap is a flawed design that is well-known for failing. Firstly, the top cap and the spout cap pieces tighten in the same direction meaning that it can become very hard to remove from the bottle. However, that's nothing compared to the shoddy build quality. The thread on mine stripped after 13mths (not daily use). Once we googled the problem we found that it is a well-known fault, with the top option for warranty claims on their website being "chug cap" and many posts and even YouTube videos dedicated to how bad it is. The BCF staff member who refunded us (only after we showed them the ACCC website as they tried to make us go through yeti) even said "oh that's has happened twice to mine". Aside from the chug cap, the bottle is good. Keeps drinks cold for ages and I liked how easy it was to clean. However, I wouldn't say it warrants the hefty price tag. The cap needs a complete redesign. If you're willing to pay extra for a different cap - they sell alternatives, they don't come free/ as standard - then maybe I'd recommend getting it. For reference, I had an Avanti 1l bottle for 3 years, cost $30, and only got rid of it when I got this. Don't believe the yeti hype.
