Customer Support is a weak point and needs work – Very poor customer service. It took an hour to try and cancel my mobile broadband and then they left the call before confirming. On making contact again the customer service agent told me that I would have to pay for a modem that was offered to me free of charge. Sure they eventually checked this and found it was actually free but they were very quick to tell me that I owed over $400. Even worse is that I am also now sent emails telling me I will be charged over $400 for a free modem. I don't have another hour to waste while their inefficient staff stumble through the system. The initial offer was done verbally over the which is totally unprofessional and no terms were sent to me. I won't be back.

Good, no dramas – Have mobile phone plan with yomojo and it's been reliable with no issues, I did have a mobile broadband plan but I cancelled this recently when they changed the price and data allowance of some of their mobile broadband plans (made them more expensive). Cancellation went smoothly and I didn't get hassled to stay with them. Also, whenever I call them I don't have to wait too long on the phone before I can get through to someone, and haven't had any problems with the support.
