Your Local Roofers did an amazing job cleaning our gutters and installing gutter guard - even fixed a few chipped tiles! The men were friendly, polite, cleaned up after themselves and were more than happy to help We are very happy!

Fix the problem you created – Initially, I thought they had done a good job. Subsequently the downpipe they installed started leaking at both bends. same day and they are yet to reply or give me a date for a return visit. Very poor customer service. [Name Removed] is apparently always on the phone and never calls back. Her email communication also leaves a lot to be desired. I'm still waiting for an update. A call. An email. A pigeon. Anything would be better than radio silence. UPDATE: 18/11/24 They did eventually come and repair the downpipe. Except they didn’t. One good rain and it's the same old problem. This is beyond a joke now.
Be careful of the quote as you should ensure it is itemised so you understand what each part costs. They like to add more to the jobs when they quote and their roof cleaning is more costly than the market. Buyer beware.
Love my Roof restoration – Your local roofers did a roof restoration on my house, and it looks fantastic , everyone in the office was a pleasure to deal with, they had my job done within 8 days of contact, Cristian who sprayed the roof, was so thorough and was such a lovely gentleman would recommend your local roofers to anyone . Very Good Roof Renovation – Christian and Partner did a fantastic job power cleaning the tiles on my roof, then sealing the roof before applying 2 coats of paint. This was done over 2 days in very hot conditions. Then the company sent Diego and John to cover the roof valleys with gutter guard and they did a much better job than we had previously. We now have a secure roof that should last us for years.

than the mid-tier quote. We felt that this was predatory behaviour and are concerned for those in the community who are more vulnerable, particularly elderly customers. I am that disgusted by their ridiculous quote I am considering the ACCC.
Stay away from this lot. I've been dealing with them for over a year regarding my roof repairs. ignored. Am now in the process of taking legal action, and still no response. Meanwhile the damage has spread considerably, and the water is now flowing into the house when it rains.
Quoted my elderly parents $7,350 to repair a roof leak. They came and did the job in less that 4 hours, patched a few areas with some silicone. Roof leaks worse than what it did before the repairs. repairs are a minimum of 12 months warranty). This company have now ghosted all email and phone contact and refuse to refund or repair their very expensive quotes works. The issue has now been referred to fair trade to be resolved. There are a lot of legitimate roofing repair companies in Sydney avoid these guys.

Everything was very professional and punctual, initially the quote and then the measuring up. Communication was excellent at all stages of the job. Very expensive, work was acceptable – The work quality was good but charging $95 per meter for ridge capping morter repairs isn'tcheap, where as the average price is around $50 per meter ,according to other contractors on Google and ringing around I should of gone elsewhere and gotten more quotes before I accepted this one, as they are expensive, so shop around.
