I was going to zeekr hoping to test drive a car which I had already booked to test drive, after following me up with about a million text messages which I had responded to all me and my family walk in and we start off by getting completely ignored and dicked around we finally got us by someone what we would like and we told them we had booked a… Read more

It was all smiles when we were buying but now that we are having major problems with our Zeekrx we are ignored by Zeekr Springwood and Zeekr Gold Coast. Zeekr has a finely tuned sales system but zero customer support and technical expertise to help us resolve the problems we are having. Obviously their strategy is to aggressively sell and worry about problems later if ever. Buyer beware! Show details

⭐☆☆☆☆ I don't normally leave negative reviews, but after more than five weeks of delays, poor communication and multiple broken expectations, I feel other buyers deserve to know about my experience. I ordered a Zeekr 7X through a novated lease arrangement and paid the requested $400 deposit immediately. I was told there were only a couple of… Read more

matching vehicles available, so I acted quickly. Given the vehicle price and the fact that the car was in stock, I expected a smooth purchasing process. What followed was anything but smooth. My novated lease provider requested some invoice amendments, including GST-related details. What should have been a simple administrative task took multiple follow-ups and several days to resolve. Throughout the process, I regularly found myself chasing updates between the dealership and the lease provider rather than receiving proactive communication from the dealership. Eventually, my novated lease provider processed the full payment and provided confirmation that the funds had been transferred. Despite this, I continued being told that the dealership's accounts team had not yet confirmed receipt of payment. This uncertainty dragged on for several days even though the vehicle had effectively been paid for. What makes the experience even more disappointing is that there was absolutely no flexibility on price. I paid the full advertised price, not a single dollar was discounted, and no extras were included. There was no complimentary paint protection, accessories, charging credit, service package or any goodwill gesture offered despite the repeated delays and inconvenience. As a customer spending more than $68,000 on a new vehicle, I expected a higher level of service and at least some recognition of the issues being experienced. The vehicle was intended to be a birthday gift for my wife. We planned family arrangements around the expected delivery date and were genuinely excited about the purchase. Unfortunately, that excitement slowly turned into frustration as the delays continued. After weeks of waiting, I was informed the vehicle required a software update before delivery could occur. This was another unexpected delay. Shortly afterwards, I received a message at 4:59pm on a Saturday advising that the vehicle was ready for collection, despite already explaining that I would not be available after 5pm due to family commitments. I responded asking whether collection could occur the following day but received no response. On Monday morning, I finally received a call advising that the vehicle was available for collection. Based on that advice, I left work early, collected my wife, picked up my son from school and began the long drive towards Brisbane. Living outside the city, this is not a quick trip and requires coordinating work, school and family commitments. While already travelling towards the dealership, I received another call asking whether I had personalised plates. I advised that I did and reminded the salesperson that those details had been provided approximately three weeks earlier. I was then informed that the vehicle had not been registered and therefore could not be handed over. At that point I had already left work, reorganised my day, collected my family, spent considerable time travelling and was expecting to finally take delivery of the vehicle. Instead, we had to turn around and go home empty-handed. Now I have to organise another day away from work, coordinate school and family commitments again, and make another lengthy trip simply because a basic registration requirement had not been completed before I was told the vehicle was ready. The most frustrating part is not the delays themselves. Delays can happen. Software issues can happen. Administrative mistakes can happen. What should not happen is repeatedly telling a customer that everything is ready when it clearly isn't. Over the course of this purchase I have experienced invoice delays, payment confirmation delays, software update delays, poor communication, unanswered messages and a failed handover due to registration not being completed, all while the dealership had effectively received full payment for the vehicle and had not offered a single dollar discount or any goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused. What should have been one of the most exciting purchases for our family ended up becoming one of the most frustrating customer experiences I have encountered. My wife's birthday came and went without the vehicle, and the excitement and emotion that should come with buying a new car gradually disappeared. I genuinely hope the vehicle itself proves to be better than the sales and delivery experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience so far, the customer service, communication, organisation and attention to detail have fallen well short of expectations for a premium vehicle purchase. The problem was never the wait itself. The problem was being repeatedly told everything was ready when it wasn't.

Confirming customer service associated with this brand is hopeless. I have specifically been dealing with Zeekr Brisbane. In fairness at least they are contactable, Gold Coast Zeekr was useless. They could learn a lot from their sister brand Polestar and the dealer network who are great. I hope the product and workmanship doesn't replicate the… Read more

care and professionalism of the dealers. Unfortunately not off to a good start as the car being supplied to me needs a repaint on the door as it left the factory with bare metal showing???? I am starting to have buyers regret and I don't even have the car.

I ordered a 7x performance in August 2025 and paid a 1000 deposit. To secure the launch offer. It was about January 2026 when I went into Parramatta zeekr and asked why I wasn't contacted when the test drive vehicles come in to test drive. No real answer from them. Upon doing abtest drive I was in love with the vehicle. Long story short I had… Read more

some health issues and after receiving an email from fleet saying my car was in and almost ready for delivery I rang the sales man and he told me that email was sent in error. So no car again received another email saying my car was in and called again and again was told the vehicle was just mine is was for someone else. Due to health and being away when returning I chased up again the vehicle to have been told that they cancelled my order. No email no letter no phone call. Was only tolfmit was cancelled when I was again chased it up. Parramatta still have my 1000 deposit and have mad no attempt to return it to me at all. The principal Dale has been terrible in communication as he never returns call and has dismissed me and made out it's all my fault. So in August 2026 still no car and no money returned to me. If you are considering the zeekr 7x it's a great car but please do not buy from Parramatta or castle hill as it's the same principal agent for both. Please go to any other dealer except Parramatta or castle hill. I told the sales manager if I did not hear from them with a solution to my car and my launch offer I will be going to current affair and that's my next step. Please be aware of Parramatta zeekr

Placed an order and paid deposit mid april 2026. Since then no communications as to order delivery update now early august and still get no replies to emails or phone calls. A face book page for Zeekr has lots of the same story no matter which state you are in.ZEEKR are not a reliable company to buy from.

I would strongly suggest anyone currently looking at a Zeekr to hold off and explore other brands until this company significantly improves its customer service. Buying a new car should be an exciting experience, but dealing with Zeekr Australia specifically the Castle Hill Dealership has been nothing short of incredibly frustrating. The… Read more

breakdown in service happens the moment they take your money. After laying down a $2,000 deposit and officially ordering the car, communication completely died. I emailed [Name Removed] at the Castle Hill dealership simply asking for a delivery ETA. No response. I then emailed [Name Removed], also at Castle Hill, asking for a delivery date. He didn’t bother responding either.

Once the deposit is secured, it feels like you are completely forgotten. A Lone Bright Spot vs. Head Office Inertia The only decent interaction I've had was when I spoke to Parish at the Parramatta dealership, who was actually helpful and tried to assist. However, one helpful individual cannot make up for what is otherwise a mediocre dealership service experience across the board.

Worse still is the lack of support from Zeekr's corporate team. I called the Zeekr Australia Head Office on two separate occasions to escalate this. Both times, I was promised that a "case officer" would be in touch with me to sort out the delivery details. It has now been over a week, and I am still waiting for that call.

If a brand cannot manage basic email communication or follow through on corporate escalation before the car is even delivered, I have zero confidence in how they will handle after-sales support or warranty issues. Save yourself the headache and look at competitive brands until Zeekr gets their act together.

My daughter bought a 2nd hand Zeekr, taking possession April19th. The car was originally sold through Zeekr Parramatta. The car is now registered in Victoria, effective April 24th. Zeekr also need to process a transfer within the Zeekr system and we were advised that the transfer must be completed by the original Dealer. We have been trying… Read more

(without success) to contact Zeekr Parramatta.

Contact has been attempted by multiple people; - the previous owner. - my daughter as current owner by phone, email and old fashioned post - myself on behalf of my daughter by text, phone and email - Zeekr Customer Service by email Zeekr Parramatta simple refuse to engage.

The transfer needs to be effected to; - remove app control from the previous owner who sold the car almost 2 weeks ago. - provide app control to the current owner - transfer residual warranty, sim contract, roadside assist etc to the current owner.

In an effort to get Zeekr Parramatta to engage, and complete what should be a simple administrative change, I reached out to [Name Removed] (GM Australia & NZ) and outlined the numerous unsuccessful attempts by multiple people to get Zeekr Parramatta to simply open a discussion. He didn't offer to contact Zeekr Parramatta on our behalf, seemingly already aware that it was an exercise in futility.

Never encountered a more unprofessional business with a complete absence of customer support.

If you're buying a new car I suspect you have their full attention. If you require after sales support - good luck! There is none.

If required I can provide an evidence trail of all things claimed in the above.

We had a very disappointing experience with Zeekr and would strongly caution others before proceeding. At the time of booking, we were clearly promised that the car would be delivered by Christmas, and at the latest by mid-January. Based on this assurance, we arranged our finances accordingly. We explicitly informed them that, due to our visa… Read more

situation, any delay would increase our financial burden and impact our ability to manage the instalments.

Despite these assurances, the delivery was delayed multiple times, and we did not receive the car until late February. By that stage, the financial conditions had changed, and we could no longer afford the instalments.

When we requested to cancel due to the significant delay and the change in circumstances, our refund request was refused.

This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing, especially given that we relied on the delivery timeline provided to us.

My advice to anyone considering Zeekr: do not rely on verbal promises. Ensure that all delivery timelines and commitments are clearly documented in writing before making any payment. Without written confirmation, you risk facing delays with no accountability.

Very unprofessional handling of commitments and customer concerns.

Avoid this car yard at all cost. They will sell you a car with serious issues that they must have known about. Then convince you to buy a warranty that is the equivalent of a new car warranty that is actually completely useless. They won't even honor the 90 day statutory warranty. When you try to resolve it they won't communicate with you in any… Read more

way shape or form. I have filed a complaint with Consumer Affairs WA and waiting the outcome. But there are plenty of reputable dealers around which are much better choices. And if you feel you need a warranty make sure it is a dealer funded warranty. Companies like Integrity iWarranty just take your money and run. They won't even follow their own processes. Check reviews on both before wasting your money. It's a massive headache that nobody needs.
