Knowledgeable sales team – Enquired about an Alpha 10.1 KWH battery installation. Ben Fullard from Tahu Zenith Solar was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Was a little hesitant getting a battery as it was an extra expense after recently getting panels and an inverter installed by another company. Very happy with the battery – Original company who sold the system, Teho, were nothing less than outstanding. While the power bills aren't huge they explained the benefits of installing a battery and left it to me to make the decision, rather than trying to pressure me into it. Stay away from Zenith – Stay away from this company. After sales service is appalling. Don’t return calls. 18 panels quoted only 17 installed. Tried to get payment before installation. Tried to invoice a higher amount, still haven’t received amended invoice. Told an inspector will be out within 5 to 9 days to approve panels and turn on. Still no inspector after 18 days. Panels not turned on. Currently going through ombudsman. Show details

Not Bad – Communication pre installment was great but once they got my money and the system was installed.... Haven't received any documents pertaining to the order of works nor the certificate of electrical safety (legally required) and needed to be able to claim the feed in tariff with my energy provider. To top it off the installers removed our external power point without consulting us, which we had our electrician install a few weeks prior. Have sent 5 emails regarding this issue, was told that the installers would be in contact before close of business 3rd of may, still nothing despite follow up contacts

EDIT: Had a phone call from Paul who was very apologetic, advised that he had not been notified of the issues, and will rectify the external power point this week. Also provided an update on my CES and order of works to provide to my power provider
