and then had the audacity to charge us for it. When we tried to address the issue, she became rude, aggressive, and demanded immediate payment. Since then, she has flat-out refused to provide an invoice (which we've asked for multiple times) and is now conveniently ignoring all our emails. This level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. If you value transparency, respect, and basic communication, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business. Totally unacceptable behavior.
