Zima Dental

Zima tablet subscription- Today I’ve had a painful experience unsubscribing from Zima tablets (tablets are fine but Zima were unable to provide a pod that works ongoing) Sadly the pods are unreliable, because they are great when they work. I have had two dental pods three cords and it still won’t work. Be careful that you are consciously subscribing to ongoing tablet orders. Customer service initially seem to be very responsive but the process for making a complaint is ridiculous- at each contact you are making expected to fill in the warranty form and attach a video- when you are contacting them multiple times this is annoying and the process includes barriers that seem designed to discourage the customer ( links are provided to websites not direct forms- a recontact is considered a new contact - attempts to unsubscribe (from tablets) require you to confirm your intention to unsubscribe at least 8 times. Avoid Zima - there are cheaper options available - and the process for customer service is painful!!! I now have hundreds of left over tablets if any one needs them - sigh.
