Have bought many items from Temple and Webster with no complaints. Good products at reasonable prices. BUT this Zinus bed frame is horrendous. More than 50 parts, all black, and not one is marked with a letter or number. Diagrams are inadequate. Would be a breeze to assemble if parts were labelled clearly. length that removes the chance of over-tightening and stripping threads but at the same time allows for just the right amount of torque. Another aspect which impressed me was the exacting tolerances of bolt holes and the various metal components. No bending or forcing things to be where they need to be, just accurate "no force required" fitting. The components all have numbers on them and frankly, it makes for a pretty easy job. On completion of the assembly I tested it out with mattress in place. Mmm, quiet, no squeaks or annoying little noises. All good. I will quite likely be in the market for a single bed within the next year. My very positive experience today virtually guarantees that I will be a repeat customer.
