I had interior blinds for 4 years in previous apartment and recently had them installed in the bedrooms in my new place too. I love sleeping in complete darkness. They provide excellent blockout for daytime migranes too. So easy to operate, and can be left midway to block sun when viciously hot, or just leave down through day to keep out the… Read more · 1
heat. I chose clear anodised hardware this time and love it, it absorbs the lexicon white wall colour and pelmet looks almost invisible. Last time i went black to match window, and regretted choice. Installation was quick and neat.
It is good looking interior blind in my bedroom and is easy to operate. I love how smooth it is when I put it up and down. Show reply
I got 4 motorised ziptrak Interior blinds installed in our kids' bedrooms. Super happy with the end result!!! Easy to operate with a remote and fully blocks all day light. Works well even with the window open. Now looking at getting more blinds installed in other rooms. Show details
Honestly a great set of pvc blinds, ive got three of them over 19 years old on my veranda in pvc. My neighbor just got retailer info within the area from the manufacturer (these guys), I reckon he'll get mesh ones, so i may be a tad jealous..(will have to convince the wife)... great quality and not oo bad a price especially for the quality and durability of the product Show details · 1
I have had a deeply frustrating experience with my Ziptrak outdoor blind. It was initially installed just before Christmas last year, but immediate defects were noticeable, including large horizontal creases in the fabric and excessive looseness. I was advised to let it "settle," but there was no improvement. A week later, the installer returned… Read more
to tighten the fabric, but this did not resolve the issue. Ziptrak representatives then assessed the installation and confirmed that while the installation was done correctly, the product itself did not meet quality standards. As a result, the blind was sent back to Ziptrak to be resized.
Upon reinstallation earlier this year, the looseness remained, and new issues appeared—ripples along the edges of the fabric and the original crease still visible. Once again, I was told to allow it to "settle" for six weeks. That period has now passed, and the blind remains unchanged.
For a $2,500 product, I expect far better quality. I am not expecting perfection, but an outdoor blind should function as intended—not resemble a windsock. At this point, I am unsure how to proceed. Under consumer law, I have the right to a product free from defects or a refund. All I want is a blind that looks and performs as advertised in the brochure & showroom.
Buy Another Brand – As a Building Inspecter I recommend you buy another brand. I have several of these screens and they are high maintenance and way overpriced. You cannot buy spare parts for them it can only be repaired by them. Other brands sell spare parts and have how to repair videos.

Extremely Disappointed with Subpar Blinds and Service – I recently endured a frustrating experience with Ziptrack – a decision I now deeply regret. The quality is abysmally poor and every aspect of the product is a disaster. The blinds are a far cry from the promised quality. Light seeps through every corner, effectively defeating the purpose of their existence. The edges are unsightly, with wrinkles… Read more
that look shoddy and unrefined – a stark contrast to the sleek aesthetic shown online.
Functionality did not fare any better. The fabric, which should seamlessly glide along the track, constantly detaches, leaving the blinds lopsided and the room looking unkempt. The ultimate failure is that the blinds don’t even close completely, leaving a permanent gap that invites prying eyes. Oh and the exposed connectors are the cherry on the cake for poor products and bad installation.
My home was supposed to be enhanced by these blinds; instead, I am left with malfunctioning window dressing that offers neither privacy nor darkness. I am thoroughly disappointed in both product and service, and I caution potential buyers to seek their window treatments elsewhere.

Industry Blinds and Screens Ziptrack Blinds – To say this company is awesome is an understatement We were referred to Industry Blinds by someone who had recently used them and were very happy. We also received a couple of other quotes from well known companies. We were so impressed by Crystal , genuine, down to earth and clearly we felt someone we could trust to do a great job. We were… Read more · 1
right! Our external zip track blinds were installed today and we couldn’t be happier. Perfectly installed and add to the outside pergola area just brilliantly. We can’t recommend this company enough. Sadly the bigger companies spend huge $$ on advertising and smaller companies like this barely get a look in- but please give them a call - you will not be disappointed.
GREAT PRODUCT – Checked out many rival brands before deciding on Ziptrak. It has been installed for over a year now and couldn't be happier. In the recent strong winds that hit Melbourne the blinds stood up them retaining their shape and not being dislodged from the tracks. The locking mechanism is very handy. It's also good to support an Australian product. Show details · 1
Hiding behind warranty – Purchased 3 cafe blinds 3 years ago after storms destroyed the previous blinds. Did a lot of research to ensure the new blinds would stand up to the southerlys. Decided on Ziptrak blinds in conjunction with Insurance company (they paid for 2) and had the installers (Coast Blinds & Shutters) put them in. In Jan 2022 came the big wet and some severe… Read more
winds. The 2 outside blinds were great and handled the situation excellently. The centre blind blew out of its track and began to tear along the binding. I had a different blind company come to sort it as the original installers were shonky. They removed the blind and sent it to the manufacturer where it was discovered that the bottom bar was cut 16mm too short. I argued that even though it was out of warranty, surely a mistake like that would have some recourse but NO, “It is out of warranty”! Australian manufacturers need to do better than that. Potentially a great product let down by a second class business ethic. Poor effort Ziptrak!
Great Aussie Product – We had Zip Track fitted to our deck recently after looking at two other options. The locking system at the base appealed to us. We were concerned with the gale force winds Melbourne has experienced of late and if the blinds would withstand them but we have been pleasantly surprised with their strength and resilience. Saggy baggy Ugly blinds – Photos speak for themselves. $6500 of ugly billowing ziptrak blinds installed by Premier Shades Wyoming who state that they are all 'within tolerance'. If any of their advertising material showed photos like these they wouldn't sell one blind. Do not buy them if you expect anything vaguely aesthetically pleasing. Show details
One of the best household investments I've ever made – Needed blinds for a 5 x 5m outdoor covered area. Previously had roll up PVC blinds from bunnings which served our purpose for a while as they were cheap. Unfortunately, they eventually ripped from wind damage, and even though they were tinted black, still let a huge amount of uv through which actually burnt our potted plants, so I needed an… Read more
alternative. Took the plunge and got ziptrack blinds installed and am extremely pleased with their quality and versatility. Friends already had them so I was able to get a preview of them before purchasing. I ordered 5 blinds of around 1.2m each wide to go between our merbau posts, cost was around $1000 each blind, while some (including myself initially), may think that is expensive, the old saying 'you get what you pay for' definitely applies here. Personally I highly recommend this product

Not happy with these blinds – I had the Ziptrack blinds installed 2 weeks ago and had the installers come back twice to try and fix the sagging but they still sag. I compared then to a friends Zipscreen and they were no where as tight as there's. I would like them fixed but don't want to keep going back to the people who Installed them in the first place as I just keep getting… Read more
excuses. The Installers were really nice and that's why I don't won't to keep going back complaining to them.
Ziptrak fails in customer satisfaction – Installation Agent, very professional, no complaints. The Ziptrak Blinds stretch, and flap extensively in wind and have a tendency bind up in the tracks. For the cost, glass stacker doors, our original preferred choice would have been a better option. Ziptrak Head Office in Ballarat, totally unsympathetic to our complaint even though the Blinds were just 12 months old. Would not recommend this company. Show details
We are making our third ZipTrak purchase – We were so happy with our previous two ZipTrak Blinds that we have just ordered a third one for our upstairs balcony... They are super sturdy and block the sun without us losing our view... I can't recommend them high enough...
Great blinds – Had ziptrack blinds installed by Lakeview Newcastle. They are excellent. Easy to use just push up pull down. Stay put in any weather. Keeps rain off furniture and stops wind. I love these blinds. They are well made too. After sales service is also great with us company.
