Zodiac EvoluX EX6000 iQ

Works well until it doesn’t – My EX6000 died in November well within its 3 year warranty. The Fluidra people tried to diagnose the problem remotely and sent a replacement part. This didn’t fix the failing of the cleaner so here I am in the second half of February and there has been no advice from Fluidra as to when I’m getting a repair or replacement. Missing out on a summer of cleaning really dims the utility of this cleaner! July update: The robot was fixed and it ran for a few weeks until a communication error came up. My cleaner has been out of action for a few months and no repair has been arranged. My pool gets ditier by the day. DO NOT BUY A HIGH TECH ROBOT CLEANER! - and definitely not a Zodiac.

Wish we had one sooner – So good we have a island in our swim out we put a brick on the lead so it can’t go all the way around can go just pass Half way from both sides of the island then turns around also we needed the extra lead as we have a 20 Man spa above the pools waterfall and is easy enough to carry up to spa the button to drive up to surface to lift out is a great feature without having to pull on the lead very happy we also have a jacaranda tree hanging over some of the pool so lots of rubbish from that and it does a great job as it doesn’t affect the skimmer box it is fully independent from the filtration system
