straight through the filters and settles out on the floor again. I rang tech support and they were very dismissive of the problems I were having. Surly it must be faulty to be this bad. This pool cleaner has been a massive disappointment considering the high price point.

We have had this robot for just over 12 months; performance is shocking as it doesn’t come up the walls and doesn’t clean the stairs, the edges and does a random cleaning. battery failure. Took it back to Poolwerks Turramurra for Warranty and told them how unhappy we were with the unit and I can not believe that a pool robot can fail after only 12 months. This is while the robot had been hardly in use in the cooler months and really only in use 2 hours a day, every 2nd day in summer. After one week, when we followed up with Poolwerks today, they told us they will be replacing the motor and the battery! To me this is a bad joke; how can a manufacturer get away selling such poor quality product and how can a retailer sell such poor performance robots. I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone. I have requested a new unit given the motor and battery need to be replaced. Haven’t heard a work back yet.

Does not clean - is useless – Vacuum is 2 months old. Initially had a lot of trouble pairing it and tech support couldn’t help. Ended up needing to be almost on top of my router to pair. For the price I’m sourly disappointed with performance. This vacuum is effectively useless. It cleans in a random ping pong pattern and leaves so many patches not cleaned. Even on ‘floor only’ mode it climbs the walls and the jet of water behind it pushes all the dirt back around the pool. It travels straight over the top of dirt that I’ve swept up and leaves a trail of dirt behind. After 2 hours in the pool, when I retrieve it more often than not I can’t even tell it’s been going, there’s still so much dirt in the bottom of the pool. The hook fits fine onto my pool but was damn near impossible to get off being such thick plastic, and as I need my broom to sweep steps daily I can’t use the hook so the only way to retrieve the vacuum is to jump in. I have absolutely no idea how this price is justifiable for a unit that simply does not clean!!

Truly impressive but with a minor issue – Light weight, easy to use, does a great job removing the finest of dust. My pool is an easy clean e.g no small leaves or branches overhang or are nearby. Does a superb job on the waterline. need to manually brush them m lol first. Disappointing as the advertising states the machine will do this with ease . If anyone knows the secret, I would love to hear.
