Hi, I have a Zodiac Tri Expert unit. My chlorinator cell has stopped producing chlorine. If I adjust the output above 10% the screen throws a "check power supply" error message and the blue light flashes. If I set it back down to 10% the error message disappears again but still no chlorine production. I have replaced the chlorinator cell but still get the same result. Any advice on what the problem is please?
Zodiac tri chlorinate turns on when it shouldn’t. When I turn it off it comes back on again even though the screen says off.
Does the Tri Chlorinator power pack have a back light and if yes how do you replace the bulb if it fails?

My chlorinator has stood working it has 2black lines
Unplug it from the wall and the cell. Wait about a minute. Then plug it in again but not the cell. Reset it as per their instructions. Connect the cell. Then reset the time etc. make sure it has plenty of fair circulation because they will overheat and stop working.

HI There. My Cross Flow TRI System is only 4 years old and it is saying "Check Power Supply". Opened up inside and tested voltages - no obvious issues or busted fuses detected. Local pool shop wants to sell me new one but is there a simple fix?

Apparently I have to replace the entire PCB board. A $500 fix....
I have the same issue on a 4 year old unit. Zodiac support says it is likely to be the PCB Board. May need to go for a reconditioned unit from a Brisbane company

Hi Brains trust out there I hope someone can help me - Our zodiac Tri Lge controller died. I purchased a 2nd hand one on facebook it looked exactly the same however on the back it's a Zodiac Tri Mid. What is the difference between these 2 units? When I opened them up the Mid has a bit of extra electronics but otherwise the names on the boards are all idential. Can I use this Mid controller with my existing Large salt cell?
Hi Honesty, In order to bring it upto a large model it will need to be recalibrated. Your pool will struggle with having enough chlorine having a mid in it’s place. Hi, I have a ph Link Dual Link but the menu doesn’t show the ACL option anymore and the PH goes through the roof. Is there a way the get the ACL option back. I already show the device off and back on but the problem continued. Your help would be very much appreciated
Found it, press select for 10 seconds and more menus appear, one of them ORP override which was on, now off and ACL appears back in the PH/ACL menu
I have a Zodiac Tri Chlorinator & have just noticed in the pst week that in the top RH corner of the display screen it says 1.4. Can anyone help with what this means? Many thanks
When the Zodiac Tri Chlorinator switches itself off, the pump still keeps running. The pump is obviously plugged into the bottom of the Zodiac chlorinator unit. I have tried to switch the Zodiac unit off/on and reset the timers, no change.

Hi, I have a Tri Controller that appears to be pulsing, the no flow led comes on when the fan drops speed. There is 25Vdc present, but dips when pulsing, but only a 9mA output to the cell. There is no chlorine being produced in the cell. Am I looking at a faulty PCB or power supply?

I tested the cell and found it faulty. I replaced the salt cell and it now works fine. Salt cell would have been about 4 years old
