not a very good pool cleaner – Not great at cleaning the pool as it constantly misses spots, gets stuck, ends up on its back and the controller loses it settings when there's a power cut. I've had it less than a year and already had to have it fixed under warrenty but there were parts that weren't covered by the warranty so had to fork out $224 to get it fixed. I regret buying it and definitely wouldn't recommend this.
Perfect pool cleaner - even better customer service – I've owned the Zodiac 4WD for about 3 years and have come to depend on its superior performance clearing debris and leaves from my tree surrounded pool however it stopped working a few months back and I have been waiting for both a repairer and specific parts. After hearing the parts still were not available the customer service person, Jenny, ordered a brand new replacement. I have it now and couldn't be more delighted. Huge thanks
