the price was good, however that's all, I have to constantly switch off and restart as the touch screen won't work. This has happened since new, my wife bought the next model up and it has exactly the same problem. I wont buy another one
Follow-up · The same. Waiting for Tesla mobiles and starlink to arrive so I can ditch Optus
Purchased in for $100.
Tried all of that already. It stalls and I am forced to reboot phone and the same happens with my wife's phone
This is the best phone I have ever owned. I don't like spending much on phones because all I need to do is surf the net call or text why spend $700? This phone E has the sweetest camera the pictures look incredible which is why I wanted it for eBay selling. I can also use this phone as tether for internet which makes it brilliant fory mini PC. Great speed too and functionality. Wouldn't look past this phone it's perfect.
Good budget phone – The screen has a good display for a low priced phone.Very easy to use and understand even for a senior person. The battery will last all day with general browsing. I like the slightly subdued whites that this phone has when using chrome or google which is easy on the eyes. All in all a good basic phone.
Good value for the price – for a cheap phone, surprisingly good in terms of reliability, battery duration, quality of camera images and number of features. Only drawbacks : navigation of the screen is more difficult than it needs to be ; and the screen often switches to negative images, which is difficult to look at - I have no idea why, no idea how to switch back to positive images. The user guide offers no help.

Hi, Firstly, it should not do that. It is possible for the handset to 'freeze' or pause for 1-2 seconds if you are loading new content, have slow internet or launching multiple apps but it should always respond to touch outside of these pauses. Check you are not touching the screen with your thumb or other fingers holding the edges of the screen. This will block further touches being detected. Check there are no apps running that affect this, press the Square (Recent apps) button then close all apps. This is a mid range device with a good processor, RAM and touch screen so you should not be seeing these issues.
