A neccessary evil – I live 20 kms out of town (Burracoppin WA)and all 3 smart phones keep dropping out. Sick of going out the paddock to make a call. This phone has never ever dropped out once inside my house. I guess not having all that digital smart crap constantly doing background stuff leaves room for a solid voice connection. If you live bush, the flip 2 is a must have. Life or death communication. Even as a spare, for $100 JUST GET ONE. Show details

Good phone but unduly complicated, many unnecessary steps when compared to similar simple flip phones – I tend to agree with comment from Martin O from Nth Qld. Certainly more steps/complicated than other flip phones I had. Got a silver model & difficult to read keys which are also silver & poorly marked. Ph. works ok otherwise when sorted out. Show details

worst phone ever – this is the most confusing and over-complicated phone i have ever had. not easy to use at all, it's a major operation to do anything. I have owned a few ZTE phones before and they were quite good, but something went wrong with this one. Tried to return it but the store wouldn't take it because I used it for a day. Total buyers remorse. This phone should never have been made let alone sold. Still like the brand but not this particular model Show details

Rugged and simple ! – Well not being a tech head I found out by accident that the larger sized sim in my old phone could be broken and fitted into this newer one so I kept my old phone number this way. Telstra store can help you here. This phone is so much better than the old touch screen model I had before that drove me nuts. Also you can use the speaker if you are a little hard at hearing. Hope Telstra resume selling them in the future because they are really great. Show details

Just what I wanted – I only wanted a mobile for making or receiving calls or text messages and this phone for a Senior is perfect!! Easy to use and fits nicely into trouser pockets without being bulky like my previous smart phone. I have a computer at home that I can use for researching etc. so I didn't need all the apps. etc. that y previous mobile had.  Show details

Easy to use flip phone from mobile_citi estore – I bought one of these phones for my sister, a simple easy to use basic phone without all the problems of her previous "smart" phone, where you barely have to touch the screen, and it turns on the camera, or some other app you don't want. This phone works with push buttons, more positive than touch screen. I purchased the phone from… Read more

mobile_citi estore at a good price.

Simply install the SIM card, and the phone works straight out of the box.

A perfect small dumb phone! – If like me, you're fed up with 'smartphones' requiring so much user interface, with Google or Microsoft demanding your input constantly and you would just like a phone to make calls and not to take photos or write and send emails, or post on social media etc. etc. this is the phone for you! It has real buttons too! It is quite small and easily… Read more

fits in my jeans pocket without it being noticeable. It took ages to find a stockist and the nice guy in Brighton JB HiFi emptied all his stock out of the cupboard because the computer said there was the last unit in there somewhere and there was! Telstra was/is selling it as a pre-paid SIM bundle, but my existing Telstra service worked fine once I had obtained a nano SIM for the phone. It connects to 3G or 4G and works perfectly in the country. Don't buy this if all you do is text rather than speak, with three letters under each button it's laborious and anyway with unlimited talk included in most mobile plans these days, why would you bother?
