Great Experience – Could not fault the level of service from Marina (Sales Person) nor her attention to detail and the experience encountered. The new vehicle was delivered on time as promised and a full handover was conducted along with syncing of phones etc.
Zupps Holden Service - Browns Plains – We got our car serviced in the month of Nov 2020 and the "Oil change" indication appeared around 1st week of Jan 2021. comfortable (Anxious) driving the car because of the indication and also it is a safety concern but Holden Service at Westpoint doesn't care about it. I get the same response whenever I call them that the manager is in a meeting or he is away. Moreover, we have been charged without changing the engine oil. The experience and customer service have been worst. We will not continue with them and won't recommend them to anybody else.
Poor communication, poor urgency with deposit refund – Initially felt unimportant or that we were a waste of time with sales representative but once we proved our commitment for example paying the deposit, he seemed to lighten up. Lack of communication from their finance consultant, almost a month and multiple follow ups from me to identify we were not successful. Going on to 2 weeks following up with the refund of our deposit. Would not recommend. Horrible experience Show details
Craptiva – I brought a 2012 Captiva just 7 year's old diesel transmition has gone i drove hyway not city as 100km to see my family and specialist now have no car as a pension doesn't leave money for repairs or new car every fee year's. Take your money give no help. I had my car service done by Holden at Kippa Ring before moving to Cooma cost $604. Than found out had no oil drained not replaced. So never had service done again by Holden went to other Machine that where trust worthy. I replaced air conditioner when 3 year's old.nothing but trouble with this car. Holden Australia will not help or Zupps Aspley take your money but wont help. Patricia Jarden
Beware from this dealership – Please don't buy car from zupps holden aspley. They will sell you crap car and you have to take to them every couple of weeks and have to pay as well even if you have warranty. Because they everything else other than the parts needs to be replaced. Don't go there and save yourself big $$$.
Felt cheated as was sold a test driven car as a new car – Felt cheated as was sold a test driven car as a new car and no responsibility taken by the management.
Rubbish service!!! – From the moment I bought my car to every time I have had it in for warranty repairs the level of service and professionalism has never ceased to disappoint me. From not honouring time deadlines to the courtesy bus refusing to travel an extra 3km to my home I am disappointed every time. This dealership will never get my business again. They don't deserve your business and won't appreciate it if they get it.
Horrific service & charges – I have had numerous bad experiences with Zupps Aspley. The service is unbelievably bad and their charges are nothing short of horrific. The latest saga is still unfolding after 4 days without my car. No follow-up phone calls - just me left chasing them and getting different excuses every day. Can't wait to see this bill !

promised. I was to receive a phone call from the dealership advising me what time the car would be ready. When this phone call failed to occur, I again called them. This time I was told my car had not arrived and they didn't know where it was.
Fast-forward one week - I went to pick my car up and conducted my inspection. I was annoyed to find the car had not been detailed correctly and that certain accessories were not fitted to the car.
Certain staff at the dealership were quite pleasant however no one was ever completely reliable and were quick to put the blame onto other staff.

Beware of zupps – This review is based on personal experience and written documents, Zupps Aspley hourly labour rate is $143 per hour. service came out at $1633.85. and $808 of that labour. so would expect it right. my friend put her 06 astra in for 60k service , extra were brake pads and front rotors at twice the market price plus $283.50 labour. … Read more
They were told rear inner door handle was not working, report says was inspected and needs a new door auctuator at $450 plus couple hours labour. at least $ 650. this caused her a lot of stress so I had a look over the car.
The child proof lock was on... .yes I could not believe it. so further checking of service items that had been ticked off and signed .. tyres were not checked. battery not properly checked, only 2 caps disturbed, washers not working properly, rear seat belt faulty not clipping in and doubtful of many other out of sight items such as throttle body clean and so it goes on.
I met with the service manager, and yes a male does make a difference, he agreed to do her water pump replacement and complete reinspection of the vehicle as way of apology but would not consider reimbursing any money said " the service was done and that's the price" but the service was only half done, the so called reinspection was not done, the washers, seat belt and other items I did for her myself, also drained 1 litre of oil out, they over filled the engine which is as bad as under filling.
my gripe with the service and treatment goes on but I think I have made my point. PJA48
