I was impressed with the easy process of getting a car over the phone. I scanned my driver's license and sent it in. They delivered the car to my requested destination in 30 minutes and the man who went over all the ins and outs of the car was delightful. It was a wet week in Brisbane when I needed the rental to get around to customers. You’d expect the wipers to be in good order, mine get changed at every service, but these were likely the same since new, 45K on the clock, very annoying considering the cost of the rental. Car had front grill damage but nobody showed me any pictures or drawings and I had to go back & point it out. I should have been given the details before I was sent away to find the car. Not great CS. Overall, not a great experience

Great company – I appreciated that after approval, the car was delivered within a few hours. Very new car. Toyota hybrid which was very economical. Had it about six weeks and it was picked up this morning. No cost to me as the accident wasn’t my fault. We loved the efficient service which saved us heaps. Thank you Acorn Show details · 1

Acorn Rentals is the perfect service – After a car crash which was not our fault, our insurance company essentially left us without a car - for what would eventually have been 4 months; which is impossible for a family with a young child. Rentals to see if they could help - boy could they help!!
The woman at Acorn was super friendly, helpful and understanding. She checked a few details, confirmed that the third party had accepted responsibility, and then had a car delivered to our house at 9am a day or so later! A super fast response.
Once our own car had been repaired (months later), I called Acorn and I had just to drive and pick my car up and leave the Acorn rental at the repair shop. So easy!
This is a fantastic service which more people need to know about. Super easy to use, super friendly, and super accommodating. I will definitely use it again.

Auto. Big bummer. Had to buy a phone car mount and fiddle with it and use my own phone which isn’t a big problem in the end for a few days rental but you’d think the latest model of Kluger would have CarPlay or something. So if anyone of youse is planning to book the Kluger, this is just a PSA that you should grab a mount or something for your phone. Or use a dedicated GPS which would again need a mount. Or learn all the roads by heart between your location and destination. I think a car mount is easier. Otherwise the Kluger handles great, feels comfortable and is great on the freeway. It does drink a lot of fuel though but that’s normal I think considering it’s a 6cyl 3.5L engine. We only used the 5 seats so anyone planning to use 7 seats, you’re on your own. It didn’t look too spacious at the back though and you lose a lot of boot space when the last row is pulled up.
So again, let me remind you Acorn is 10/10. Kluger is 8/10. Would have given it 9/10 if it had CarPlay.

Excellent Service from Acorn Rentals to Provide Car Hire for Not at Fault Car Accident Customers – Great service provided by Acorn rentals for being able to get a hire car quickly and easily after my not at fault car accident. The BEST rental car in Melbourne! – The vehicle provided was a loaned car while my car was being repaired - they have 24/7 customer support, friendly staff and attends to your concern quickly. I left my baby’s capsule tether strap ($40 if to buy a new one) when I returned the car and surprisingly they delivered it to my house the next day! I was in awe, beyond excellent service. A better way to get a replacement car while accident repairs are done – A wonderful service that could only be improved by having electric cars in the range. As an electric car owner every time I put petrol in the tank it saddened me :( But the experience otherwise was super. While our car was being repaired we had a new clean car the entire time.
