and after market help was none other than high and also local. With fingers crossed we chose the zocco with larger battery( we thought why not, more fun) and made the plunge ordering. Within a week we had them land on our country doorstep. Unfortunately the disc brake on one of the bikes had been damaged in transit but it was quickly replaced without a problem. We didnt get to open the box until the Sunday to discover this so we rang to leave a message and we got a phone call back straight away. Name a company who does that! We cant speak highly enough of the after market service. Now as far as our bikes go we have NO problems with them, they are absolutely fantastic . Not only did we save on an exceptional product by buying on line but they have exceeded our expectations. They are just bloody great! We got the automatic bikes so theres no thinking required!! (Suits us fine as we are getting older but dont tell anyone!)

Excellent bike – I bought this bike because I require a hip replacement and can no longer ride a normal bike. I can now ride in pedal assist mode for 8 to 10 kms including uphill , flat areas and undulating offroad tracks. Easy operation and comfortable bike. making the right decision. It didn't stop there, as I needed clarification on a few things after receiving the bikes Brett was always very prompt on his responses. We have limited experience with riding the bikes, however, our time spent on the bikes has been great and it is a nice feeling once again be able to ride a pushbike (with very little effort) around the rivers and parks when you are in your mid sixties. A great bike (at the right price) with all the good gear and terrific backup support from Brett, what else can you ask for!!!!

Well designed, comfortable quality E-Bike – Great bike which allows me to enjoy cycling again at the age of 62yrs especially in the hilly area where I live. Great bike – This bike is everything I wanted from an electric bike. The tracks I ride to work on sees me going around 25 klms return everyday. The only problem I have is I live near the ocean and the salt air seems to be rusting all of the bolts very quickly which means you have to be very vigilant with the cleaning and wd40. So better quality bolts would be good.

500w superb hill climbing – I had to get off a 1000w Dillinger electric bicycle in first gear and in full assist up a steep hill. The Extreme 500w Shimano alfine geared, on the other hand did it easily in low assist.Pedalling as though i was on a relaxing cycle on the flat. A bit heavy to maneuver but riding is fine Does what it should Low top speed becuae of gearing but still quite quick. No facitliy for pannier rack
