King koil – I have had my mattress for 1 year and for at least 9 months of this time I have been trying to get it replaced almost from the beginning it started to get lumpy the worse mattress ever

Maybe this is not suited to everyone but best bed I've ever had – Interesting the amount of terrible reviews. I bought the Enticement Plush Queen from Harvey Norman in NZ 1 year ago. shape/fit/healthy/good back then these super soft beds are actually better for you because it moulds to your natural body shape. While harder beds are better for you if you have back issues. I almost went 4 stars due to it getting a natural vee start forming from the fact i always lay on the left side. But apparently all new beds you have to rotate the mattress. I've done this 1 or 2 times in a year. Sleeping on the right hand side now, super comfy, and when I do go on the left it's nice still. Obviously judging the reviews it's not a bed for everyone, and perhaps if you have bad joints/back then don't get this bed? And as for getting too hot, even on our hottest nights in summer I didn't find it unusually hot. Guess it might get warmer due to all the super soft material if you are in a really hot place?

Love love love this bed! – Me and my partner brought this bed back in 2013, to this day we still love it! Even our friends and family fight us over our bed when they come and sleep over. I do want to mention though that i called harvey norman where i purchased as i noticed there were threads coming out in the pillow top of the mattress so they have sent a report through to have it assessed. But this does not affect the feel of the bed.

I would reccomend to anyone who loves to sleep on clouds to purchase.

Worst ever – This hasn't even lasted a year. Springs are popping out when sitting on edge and has lost all firmness. Next time I'll do research! This is just a huge waste of money

Dont be Seduced by the Comfort, It Will Only Cause All-Day-Long Backaches And is a Hotbed – I bought this to replace my most uncomfortable 12 year old mattress only 2 months ago. I love the comfort. Hate the heat it generates but the daily backaches I now have is a painful nightmare. These backaches start around 1/2 hour after rising. I can not afford to replace the bed. I wish I had kept my old bed which did not generate heat and never gave me back pain. I hate this bed. Save your money. Do not buy this brand of bed.

lovely new purchase is a nightmare .The store I bought it from is sending someone to investigate.Dont buy it.I t felt great instore and sucked me in.

slept on our stomach. The bed began to sag and felt hard as a rock. the edges also began collapsing. We complained o Harvey Norman who sent us on to AH Beard who came and picked up the mattress had it for a week and told us it had nothing wrong with it and returned it to us. We returned to Harvey Norman and complained loudly, threatened ACCC involvement and got our money back. If you have trouble returning this mattress please state "That it is not fit for purpose" when arguing with the store who will fight hard not to take the mattress back. Staing that they cannot resell a used mattress. This is not your problem, this mattress is a dud !!

because I sleep hot was shying away from pillow tops. This mattress is like sleeping on a plank of wood. It's so uncomfortable I went and bought a foam topper which makes it feel alot more comfy. The problem is I wake up every day sore with a stiff back. I hate this mattress. Would not recommend it to anyone with any kind of back problems. This mattress will just exacerbate any minor issues. I don't know what to do now as the topper didn't alleviate my back problems. Thank goodness I bought on sale for $900 instead of $1500 RRP. Very annoyed - total waste of my hard earned money! already collapsed my back and sholders are killing me and i had to go out and spend more money to buy a different brand which is cheaper and a hole lot better if you want a good mattress do not buy this brand

Horrible bed – Thought it was time to update my bed as my previous bed was 15 years old. Thought I'd spend some extra money and I got this awful thing. Starting to get a sore lower back and it's very hot to sleep in. What a waste of money that was. Bought it from 40 winks in Brookvale!!!!

Do not buy this mattress – Same complaint as everyone else. Felt fine for the first week then sagged badly in the middle, so much that we cant both sleep in it and it causes awful back pain, avoid this mattress at all costs. Felt good in the shop , we actually thought harvey norman had slipped us a cheaper mattress after we tried the one on display. Should be withdrawn from the market. mattress,and now i am sleeping on my old mattress which is 5 years old and still like new and very comfortable,it is a prince brand model S H 7800 queen mattress imported.and i purchased it from Blitz Imports Maryborough now at Hervey Bay,it cost me $100 more than the poor quality King Koil mattress i bought from Harvey Norman furniture store in Hervey Bay,Good Bye King Koil Australian Made and Harvey Norman furniture store Hervey Bay never again......I contacted the store via registered mail to get a refund,but never got a reply,thanks for nothing Gerry.
