Great product – The product is simply superb. The quality of steel used is of top quality, which makes cleaning of this mug a smooth affair. Love this product and would highly recommend it.
Milk consistency for lattes – This frother is great for Cappucinos but fails when you want a latte. Milk consistency is too watery & It burns milk on base. A brown film is wiped away. Cappucino lovers buy it as it works but for Latte lovers look for something else. I wish is was as good as a Nespresso Aeroccino. Show details
Would not recommend Latte Perfecto – Last year we bought a coffee machine along with a Latte perfecto milk frother, Unfortunately the failure rate so far has been 40% on the Latte Perfecto. To be honest I don't expect to get through the warranty period with out further failures. They are great when they are working, just not a reliable product. I would not recommend this unit. If you do purchase one make sure you retain your receipt. Show details
Great frother would have liked it to last longer – I have had mine just over 2 years, have been very happy with it. Worked well no issues, bit of burnt milk at the bottom but wipes off, would have liked it to heat milk more but it has done a great job in that time. Hope I find one just as good. Show reply
Quite impressed – This machine works so well. I have been very impressed. Frothes up so well but not had machine a year and the frother parts have already broken. I bought from Harvey Norman and price I thought was reasonable although was on special. Cleans well as leaves a slight burnt milk affect but yes does wash off easily. I am surprised how quickly the part… Read more · 1
broke. frothes very well. Nice having cafe style coffee at home. Machine works well. Broken part quickly (frother part) prior to twelve months use.
Map Coffee Lattee Perfecto is my fav milk frother so far! – Got mine with my MAP Coffee machine, never had a problem with it, and have been using it now every day for the last year. Have had other brands of frothers, but found MAP Frother was very easy to use and user friendly. Frothed up milk perfectly every time (of course some milks don't froth as well as others). The only thing it did leave a little… Read more · 1
burnt milk on bottom, but nothing that won't just wipe or rinse off in water. I have dropped the frother in water (your not meant to) by mistake when washing dishes, it still works fine! Ease of use, reliable Slightly burnt milk, but nothing that affected the end result
Works great – I have had this frother for over 12 months, has had not one issue. Only leaves slight burnt milk which does not affect the taste and wipes of easily. Though the price harvey norman were charging at the time was ridiculous. I would recommend this if the price is lower Show 2 replies
Latte NOT Perfecto – On my third and what would seem my final milk frother from MAP in less than two years. They have all been consistent in that I find they burn the milk, over flow even when the milk level is well within the max limit, then they stop heating the milk and finally stop altogether (sometimes with a bang) . Now my machine is out of warranty, (although… Read more
I am sure my last frother is much less than a year old) MAP are not prepared to offer any resolution to retain me as a consumer of their coffee, even though they appear to have rejected this model and moved on to their third version of milk frother. Makes great burnt milk, burns calories by making you clean up the milk that flows out the top of the sealed lid, gets the heart beating when it finally goes bang! Plenty

Hopeless – I bought one of these milk frothers with the Map Coffee pod machine (which is excellent) but the frother has already been returned once for replacement in a month and is heading back to the Good Guys again, but for a refund of my money this time. Hopeless, doesn't turn on, don't buy one. Heats milk to exactly the right temperature for a coffee… Read more
Didn't work after a week, replaced, now stopped working after three weeks, only makes four coffees a day.

Was never satisfied!! – I had one of these that came with a Bella coffee machine. Worked fine for about a week and then completely stopped. I emailed Map and they replaced it after I had proved purchase etc. a month or so later the same thing happened, would not work at all, not even able to turn it on. Again I contacted Map and it was replaced but with a slightly… Read more
different model. That lasted a couple of months, and gave up too. At this point I put the coffee machine away, resigned to the fact that I was going to have to go back to muzz buzz for my cappuccino. Then one day I was in woolies and they had a caffitaly milk frother on special for $20. That was 9 months ago and it's still going strong, although I have to froth the milk twice over as it doesn't get hot enough with one. Came with the coffee machine. Didn't work !

No Problems – I have had one of these along with a MAP Bella capsule coffee machine for 6 months and it has worked as per the manual. The large agitator makes a lot of froth especially if you use medium to full fat milk and will overflow if you use too much milk - all as per the instruction book. I use a 2% fat milk which works well. I normally use the small… Read more · 1
agitator to make latte and it also produces sufficient froth plus hot milk. The non-stick interior is easy to clean.
The manual has a few problems with correct English but the meaning is still OK if you read it a couple of times. The blue light indicates heating/frothing in progress whilst the red light flashes for 30 sec after completion solely to alert you it's ready to use.
The finished product (coffee + milk) is not super hot especially if using a cold mug and so can be improved with 20 secs in the microwave. Otherwise pre-heat the mug by heating with some water in the microwave.
Not heating milk anymore – I had purchased this milk frother with my map coffee machine just before Christmas... At first I absolutely loved it!!! Now I can not even get the milk to heat up at all!!! U have tried doing it several times in a row and the milk is still cold!!! As I got the frother in a package deal with my coffee machine Harvey Norman would not replace it for me!! Very upsetting... Did not function for long at all

A milk heater, not a milk frother – Purchased one of these for my husband for Christmas from Harvey Norman. Worked brilliantly for 5 days, then would not froth milk, no matter what we tried. I contacted MAP by email and their service was excellent, replacing the item immediately, however, we have had the new one just over a week and the same thing has occurred - the heat setting… Read more
works wonderfully, but it just will not froth milk. We use a stovetop perculator and I bought this as an alternative to a hand frother, but I am not willing to persist with the item. There are only two of us in the house and we use it once a day to make two coffees, so this is clearly not a problem because of overuse, it appears to just be a substandard product. If you just want to heat and texturise your milk a little, it would probably be fine, but if you are after milk froth, this is not the product for you. MAP gave good service, but that doesn't overcome a poor product. Just doesn't do what it is supposed to do.

A little Frustrated – I hope your review is still open because I have a problem with the temperature of the milk your instruction book reads it should be 65 deg well I seem to think that it is not heating the milk properly this is a new machine I would like to buy temp gauge to confirm this I had my first cuppa today and felt the coffee was just warm I had the milk level under the max level and heating only do you have any suggestions

Great Little Machine – This is a great little milk frothing machine bought on special $39 at Harvey Norman - It heats up really quickly I did use the milk at the highest level once but the milk spilled out so now I only use the first level which is enough milk for one cup.Am very happy with it unlike the Map coffee machine I returned. Easy to use and clean, very quick to heat milk Milk markers on inside are a bit hard to see. Show reply
Parts – I received prompt service, I was asked for credit card details to purchase the parts I required, as I explained I will send a money order as I do not have a credit card,as a money order was not accepted, I did receive the parts. This company is an example of how friendly other companies should be, got the parts in two days, very prompt indeed. prompt service Show reply
Lost part – I love this machine BUT the small frother went down the sink without me realizing it, can I buy a replacement? I don't use the big frother only the small one which is the one I lost. If I can all I can use it for is heating milk which is not what I bought it for Very quick and easy to use

Heats & froths as stated, however instructions ambiguous in part – My machine heated the milk to a desirable temperature and produced ample froth, however this is the first time I've used it and an important part of the instructions are ambiguous. The following sentence made no sense: " 1) Frothing & Heating/ Heating: Touch the button then the blue light and the red light on at the same time." So, do I touch two… Read more · 1
buttons simultaneously, or when " I touch the button ", does that cause two buttons to go on simultaneously, or is there another meaning, please ? MAP: If you kindly allow a fluent English speaker to read this Review, they'll understand my point instantly and relate my grievance to you. Capisce? Spero di si. Vi ringrazio per l'opportunita` di fare il mio punto. Kind regards. Pietro. p.s. Your sales lady with whom I conversed at House, Ballarat, is an absolute gem and very credible ( added credibility being of Italian descent )and pleasant in her approach. It was a nice experience to get a sales pitch delivered in such a professional and informative manner. It did what I bought it for. The markers for the milk levels are hard to see as they are not clearly highlighted. I found it hard to see them. Also, my grievance with part of the instructions. The rest of your instructions are quite clear and comprehensive.
Best Froth – I usually have weak latte with extra froth so using this frother with the metal attachment makes the ideal amount of froth for me. Easy to use and clean with a non scratch sponge in seconds, even the kids can do it. Fantastic product and an ideal partner for the Map Bella coffee system. Simple to use, easy to clean. Could be a little hotter. Show 6 replies
Great appliance! – I found this milk frother to be generally easy to use, but you need to be very careful as to how much milk you use as it overflows quite often. The froth is very nice, it heats up the milk which is handy. It burns on the bottom though but its quick to remove!! Go to aldi, they sell the same product under their brand name for $25. Cheap, Works well, Looks nice Overflows, Burns
Perfecto Perfect!! – I may have only had my Latte Perfecto Milk Frother for a short time, but so far this appliance has been excellent!! Unlike the straight out stainless steel milk receptacle on other frothers, this has a teflon-like coating. Whatever milk, whether it's skim or full cream, it's easily wiped clean with a damp dishcloth! I get a large and medium coffee… Read more · 4
from one heating so that suits us fine! Our only problem is trying to limit ourselves to a few coffees a day!! Couldn't be happier!! The frother is well made and feels sturdy. Heats the milk to a perfect temperature!!
