immediately contacted Tea Flight and handed the phone to the airline manager to clarify the issue. Despite this, the airline confirmed there was no valid ticket in their system.

Tea Flight then advised us to urgently purchase new tickets costing $1,270.64, assuring us that the full amount would be 100% refunded since the issue was their mistake. We even received an email confirming the refund.

Trusting their assurance, we purchased new return tickets on the spot to avoid missing our flight.

Now, they are refusing to provide a full refund, claiming the original return tickets were still valid — which makes no sense because we were denied boarding due to their failure to properly register the tickets.

This has caused us unnecessary stress, financial burden, and inconvenience — all due to their error and poor service.

Please be very careful when booking through third-party agents like Tea Flight. It is much safer to book directly with the airline to avoid situations like this.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional service.

fine. • The total price was going to be $4324 • After entering all passenger details (including passport numbers and double-checking names), we get to seat selection… $47 per seat, per leg, per person!!! No mention of this before! So 6 people for four legs was going to be 6*4*$47=$1,128.00 extra: the total price became $5442… 25% extra!!!! So we didn't do that, but I wonder how many people just give in at that time… (and make Aunt Betty a tidy profit. • Then checked others (trip.com) - after all of the [Content Removed] insurance etc options and clicking 'no', they too had similarly high seat charges. • So we went with Singapore Airlines directly (would be $4548 for six people_: ○ We tried the cheapest one with seat reservation and after entering all the details we couldn't select seats… Called SIA, and even though it was 9:30pm, they answered immediately and told us you can't reserve seats until the booking is completed and paid for. Hadn't seen that before, but decided we could trust Singapore Airlines. ○ So we completed all 6 bookings (with passport numbers etc), but then got a message saying 'this booking can't be completed - contact your local SIA office'. ○ So called SIA again, had to wait a bit longer for them to answer but then a very helpful and patient lady booked it all for us. Wasn't easy: we had to spell out 6 people's names phonetically. The fare was $32 higher than the SIA one listed on SkyScanner, plus $10 CC fee per passenger, so ended up being $800 pp, but now included seat reservations. Plus we now booked directly with the airline, so any issues can be resolved with a call to Singapore Airlines without having to go thru a middle-man. ○ Total charge including CC fees ended up being $4809, and the booking took about 3 hours instead of the 40 minutes we'd expected.

RATIONALE: Check everything out using only one passenger (not 6!), find the best deal and then make the complete booking.

Again: we have no problem with SkyScanner, but with the travel agents / airlines you have to book thru.

more infuriating is that they failed to provide any reasonable explanation for this sudden cancellation. The lack of communication and transparency from Kissandfly is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be informed promptly and provided with a valid reason for such disruptions to my travel plans. However, their disregard for customer satisfaction is evident in their negligent handling of this situation. Not only did I have to scramble to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, but I also had to endure the inconvenience and uncertainty caused by Kissandfly's incompetence. This experience has left me feeling deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with their services. I strongly advise against using Kissandfly for any future travel bookings. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their customers' time and money make them an unreliable and untrustworthy option in the travel industry. Save yourself the headache and choose a more reputable and customer-focused company for your travel needs.

Don't let these guys get your email address – Went onto Skyscanner for flight info but didn't buy through them. Since then have had almost daily spam emails. There is an Unsubscribe button but it brings up a dud page (see image), with the error code ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. I get this every time I click that link. So there is no way to stop these emails coming apart from phoning them (I don't have 2 hours to spare). There are plenty of other travel sites out there. Use them. Show details

Try to avoid Skyscanner to book connecting or Transfer flights specially through Pegasus Airlines – Today I had ticket from Amsterdam to CCU (India). I booked Pegasus and Indigo combination. Flight route was Amsterdam to Istanbul, Dubai and New Delhi and CCU - kolkata. My ticket price was ******* INR, but all total I spent around ******* INR. 3000 INR even for checked in bag in Pegasus I had to pay 38 EUR additional.

I booked this ticket through Skyscanner but unfortunately they had not mentioned clearly that I will need visa in Dubai airport. This is just harrasment. In future I will try to avoid connecting and try to avoid Skyscanner to book tickets.

Tip for consumers: Requesting you to kindly and clearly mention if any additional visa is required in connecting or transfer flights. This is just harrasment. Unnecessary if I book same operater it would less costly than this. I am really really tired.

price. I booked on 24 July 2025 to travel to Hong Kong and Vietnam for 14 days from 28 March 2026.emailed and called numerous times to the travel agent, all three airlines and no resolution after 3 Months! Am very distressed and will go to Fair Tradig as they won’t refund if I cancel. Julie H

 Follow-up  · After 4 months and numerous complaints to the two airlines, VA and VJ and with AI assisted checked emails, my ticket issue resolved. Only the UK HO and GDS ED will support foreigners. On 7 November, VA emailed directly new ticket and 20 November VJ re-issued with change fees VND100,000. Note: 1. Need Head Office emails to get resolution. 2.I would not have missed my last name on the booking and still believe FN is a scam!

times. On each occasion, MyTrip claimed that they were unable to contact Lufthansa and said they couldn’t help, just leaving me helpless and powerless with my return flight fast approaching.

Lufthansa said MyTrip just needed to call Lufthansa’s trade support hotline but MyTrip continually refused to do so. As my flight got closer I started to feel more and more panicked. A quick message to Skyscanner a week before the flight helped enormously. I had an almost immediate response from Neil at Skyscanner, who was reassuring, professional and competent and made me feel instantly reassured that Skyscanner could step in. Within 24 hrs I received an apology from MyTrip, a goodwill gesture of some financial compensation and assurance that my son would be added to our booking promptly. I cried tears of relief as I’d spent an intense week on the phone being passed back and forth between the agent (MyTrip) and airline (Lufthansa) and really started to feel that their staff were enjoying my anguish and frustration. It was awful.

Neil at Skyscanner has restored my faith in humanity. What a lovely, decent man. He is a credit to Skyscanner. I could not be more grateful for his swift and effective input.

Fantastic after sales service – Booked a ticket with MyTrip on Skyscanner. Had great difficulty communicating with MyTrip to get a refund. Wrote to Skyscanner who provided the most amazing support and intervened on my behalf. They took a personal interest in my issue, and followed up on a regular basis. Pop up appeared on my screen offering direct flights from Perth to any London airport 17th June to 1st May under$1500!! Drill down Draper and suprize suprize they are $$2400 return with Virgin. show inaccurate price, rank the scam web on top with lowest price – scam. the top ranked option is possible their partner with lowest price. the the rest results shows much higher price. actually the lower ranked results have roughly same price with the top one. I got scammed by aunt betty which is the top ranked result from skyscanner. By cancelling my booking with $0 refund. Why would i cancel it then?

Unreliable partners – Terrible app for one simple reason. It continues to feature partners that scam customers. Have a look at the ratings of virtually all third parties they use.... Super low ratings with unbelievably bad customer stories. Complete lack of integrity.

Don't trust the website at all – I actually don't trust this website at all. The companies they suggest are often either a scam or reject the flight moments after the transaction. I guess I'm lucky I use something like PayPal to pay and it is refunded. and saying it is from the Qantas website. So, I click the link to go to the website and sure enough it is there. I then go through the process but it seems off as the website is asking for a business phone number. The website appears 100% legit. So, I search the Qantas site on another tab and those flights do not exist. Then I go back to Skyscanner and it is no longer listed. This happened in the space of 5 minutes. It just seem really dodgy. I've also had two flights paid for, been rejected by the site and then one site said, we couldn't process the payment as it is in high demand, quick pay the higher exorbitant price before it is gone. Na thanks, bought it somewhere else. Another charged me and then rejected and refunded. I don't trust buying through it at all. But it is good for showing what is available and then going to the actual website yourself to check.

days. I was told our website notes we can take up to 3 days. Well I hadn’t heard anything after the fifth day so I booked and paid through another airline. Confirmation was given within 10 minutes only to find I get an email on Friday evening 8.59pm less than 12 hours before my flights noting congratulations your flights have been confirmed. Terrible company to deal with stay clear of Skyscanner / Bravofly I guess I made a mistake by not checking their reviews. Kiss and Fly are liars. Do not use – I booked a flight through Skyscanner with Kiss and Fly. The flight was listed at $200 cheaper than the other options. only arrives every 30mins. Superman would not have made it! The airline vouched for this fact but the booking platform is refusing to reimburse the costs.
