Would recommend for a budget buy – This machine is rather quirky... My housemate and I usually use the 30 minute cycle however it takes about 40 minutes. We haven't had any issues with the machine until now. I believe the pulley has worn out but I don't believe it is of any fault to the machine it just needs a replacement. Show details
Utter garbage - DO NOT BUY!!! – The worst washing machine I've ever encountered. Constant 'clean pump' error messages that don't go away even when you've cleaned the pump. Utterly unable to complete a full load without stopping mid cycle. Clothes never get clean and are always drenched at the end of the load. Supposedly 7.5kg capacity but realistically half that as it can only handle half a basket of washing. Show details
Definitely a lemon – Had this machine for just over 2 years. Motherboard gone - $400 to replace! Wish I had checked reviews of this. Salesperson said it was a fab machine.
Worst machine EVER – We have had our machine for three years and now the mother board has blown. We use it for approximately 3 loads per week and that's all it's lasted?!?! You have to be joking! Even before that we were constantly having problems with clothes coming out dry (ie not been washed at all), excessive lint, long cycle times and the timer not being accurate… Read more
(2 minutes left, and actually taking 10 etc). DO NOT BUY! It was a front loader so easy to fit into small laundry Didn't wash clothes properly, timer didn't work properly and it's BROKEN AFTER 3 years

it ,then i will replace it. Whirl pool you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling such garbage to customers. Useless Spin cycle [censored word removed]
Cascading water – I bought this one month ago. It cascades water randomly out of the bottom the soap dispensing draw, floods everywhere. I can't leave it unsupervised. I have tried every different method of elimination, its a 'lemon'. Also the spin cycle is not efficient even on the highest setting the clothes are not spun well and something like a large… Read more
bathmat comes out dripping. I have read the instructions back to front, looking for something I might be doing wrong - I am so disappointed. Waiting for a service person now it will take a week for them to come.
Leaks, doesn't spin well and is noisy
Spinning cycle – Bought one home today and after trying a few different settings and ensuring it was level, found that the fast spin cycle (following a slower spin) basically made the machine uncontrolable without turning off the power and resetting the machine. Will be going back to the good guys tomorrow to see how they explain the problem. Control settings seem comprehensive As above- spin cycle threw the machine around
Hi there, I am interested to hear what the feed back from The Good Guys was on your problem with this machine?
Lemon and waste of money – Always had a too loader and when I moved house I thought if buy a front loader since everyone raved on how they use less water and electricity and I can't say one good thing about this washing machine. Clothes never seem clean and over a hour to do a load is way to long, it stops mid cycle, clothes a soaking wet at the end if the cycle and today… Read more
