Amazing pram – I found bambini prams online as I wanted a traditional style pram. Absolutely fell in love with the York style pram and pre ordered it in navy for a shipping date of April 2022. April comes along and I haven’t received any shipping details for my pram. I email bambini prams straight away and got a response the next day. They explained that there was significant delays with my order and wouldn’t ship untill mid May. As I’m due early May I didn’t want to wait so I asked if they had the same style pram just in a different colour. They had the charlotte York pram in stock and was ready to ship. The customer service team was amazing and responded so quick to all my emails. I received my pram about 10 days later and I’m so obsessed with it! The quality is amazing it’s easy to put together and use and it’s also super light weight. It also comes with all the accessories which is amazing! The only thing I am missing is the toddle seat but I’m assuming that’s coming in a separate package. Overall I’m very impressed with the service I received from bambini prams and the quality of their product.
