RTT is ok, but no warranty – I purchased a "Dune 4WD Nomad Deluxe Hardtop Rooftop Tent 140cm" on a click and collect option in August 2022. In June 2023, one of the widows in it stopped working (zipper). After that, I made a warranty claim asking Anaconda to either fix the issue or replace the product as it has 2 years warranty. After a month of many phone calls and emails, the customer service finally decided to issue a return and replacement order (by email). However, I went to 3 different stores around the Northern Beaches in Sydney, where the managers refused to take the old RTT, and neither would give me a replacement. (The manager at the Warringah Mall store couldn't help as they don't have this tent for sale there, the manager from Belrose was rude and unprofessional, and the one from Chatswood just completely ignored me). Now I have to keep a faulty RTT as they are refusing to honour the warranty on it.
