Flexihoop balls are low grade quality – Flexihoop & ball bought Dec 2020. By Aug 2021 with minimal use material was coming off the ball. Warranty for 3 months, customer service team not empowered to replace. Poor experience.

We appreciate your feedback, Unfortunately the ball that comes with the hoop is supplied with a three month warranty and as this item is now 8 months old we are unable to replace it. I recommend you change your policy around refunds for this ball or look into changes at the manufacturer's end. It is a sub standard quality ball, and not in keeping with Springfree's usual high standards. I very disappointed that the pu leather started coming loose with minimal use. Moreover my kids were too.
Have had a Springfree trampoline for a decade and it is great - 5 stars for quality materials used Shame the flexihoop ball is not made to the same standard
