ABSOLUTE RUBBISH – How can a hard shell tent leak in the fully closed position???? I'll tell you how, it's a kings Grand Tourer rubbish product that should have had a product recall by now. This is my second review. Last review I was asked to contact them and did and a week later still no reply. Next stop consumer affairs, this is not an isolated case. This product SHOULD have been recalled

Right then, your claim's department have asked me to package the item and they will have a transport company pick it up on the 29th April, apart from the fact of where the hell was I supposed to find packaging for an item this size (which I did at MY COST). There's not a hope in hell you will have a replacement tent to me by the 19th may so I can be on a ferry to do my planned Simpson desert trip, if this is the case it will be consumer affairs and the ombudsman that will be sorting it out for me Not happy Mark
Hi Mark As per my email, The claims department have organized a 2 man pick up for the item via Border Express from your house to be returned to us as there is no store for you to exchange this in TAS. I do apologise for the inconvenience of packaging the item however it is necessary in order for the courier to transport it. Your replacement will be sent out as soon as the item is collected. Item has been collected (27th april) not a 2 man pick up (1driver) my wife 62yo and myself 59yo had to help lift 120kg onto a truck, this just keeps getting better. How long before we can expect to get our replacement and do we have to lift this off a truck as well ? Regards Mark
