Best customer service ever – My 9 years old son and 2 years old daughter love our springfree trampoline. We had a tear in our mat and contacted the company to purchase a new mat. Although they had no mat on their stock they were so kind to offer me a repair kit and told me they will let me know once they have it back in their stock. This is the most safe trampoline ever. So durable and strong.
