from several places in both the pillow cases and quilt cover. I emailed them 15 times from Feb - April, (several times with no reply for weeks) to try and rectify. They offered me a $15 voucher for a $250 purchase and then when I tried to escalate blamed me and said I must have washed the cover wrong. Overall the quality is poor and overpriced and customer service is rude, unhelpful or just doesn't respond.

as low, soft and being suitable for back sleepers.
The pillow is of a medium height, so too high for back and stomach sleepers.
The pillow is quite firm, it gave me a headache.
This pillow has been misrepresented as Low & Soft, it should have been more accurately labelled as Medium & Firm.
If this product had of been accurately represented on Adairs website, I would not have purchased it.
I really believe this product was misrepresented on Adairs website and I feel that I should be entitled to a refund of money paid.

Yes I have to iron the pillowcases because they are cotton but they are seriously the softest sheets. There in the expensive side but when they have the 50% discount that’s a time to buy! Many of my friends have now bought them after staying overnight and asking where I got these sheets.
Poor quality – Purchased these slippers 2 weeks ago and the cushioning is all gone. They look cute and comfortable but in fact is of Poor quality and does not last. I do not recommend it. Adairs I kindly request a refund
Adairs did not offer a refund and indeed my requests have been ignored. Over ten years as a loyal customer did not count anything!

fitted sheet was worn through and I ended up with huge gaping holes. Support offered a mere $50 voucher which I refused, because I'm never going to shop there again. Sheets of this price need to last 2 years, minimum! Stay away from the Adairs bed linen.

purchased lovely soft stonewashed cotton from another brand, I placed my order to be home delivered for free as the stock wasn't in store.
I wish I hadn't.
This stonewashed cotton is so rough it's like sleeping under a hessian sack. I've washed it twice, hoping it would soften up, but that hasn't worked. I'm so disappointed in this product, but as I've used it, I'm stuck with it.
I've since bought stonewashed cotton from the Sheet Society and it's so soft and lovely. And I also have some from Target I wasn't sure about (Arlo stripe quilt cover), but that's been a great buy and is very soft.
But not the stonewashed stuff from Adairs. It's rough, scratchy and I recommend avoiding it at all costs. It's overpriced and a total disappointment.

and the theory is that you drip a few drops of scented oil on the “stone” which then releases the scent into the air.
That sounded good to me as a “greener” way to gently scent wardrobes or small rooms like the bathroom and laundry. Having a cover was a plus that I could cap the container when I didn’t want the scent on e.g. overnight.
To confess, I wasn’t sure they would work, but figured I could recycle the pretty spherical containers for other uses if they didn’t.
I dripped a few drops of scented oil on the rock and put one in the bathroom and another in the wardrobe. Compared to the rose quartz, the lava stone held the scent better, probably because it’s more porous.
The lava stone in the bathroom was very intense initially then faded gradually. It’s 2 weeks now and the scent is still discernible on entering the bathroom. I’ll probably top up the scent this week.
Will I buy again? Yes to the lava stone. Maybe, maybe not to the rose quartz.

material itself is lovely but, if your bedroom has windows and a generous intake of sunlight, this quilt cover will lose its colour in no time no matter how well you follow the washing instructions. Just by having a window close to your bed will ruin its colour. Something I didn't expect after paying over $160 for it.

Construction pattern online - not available in store at the time. Item delivered quickly. Happy with the size and the firmness for comfort. BUT the stitching in the quilting was very poor and coming away from the seams in numerous spots. Returned it to local Adairs who happily ordered a replacement - 2nd one NO BETTER and also returned for a full refund. Adairs shop manager was apologetic and said they'd report.
I'm very disappointed as I have not been able to find another similar product of good overall quality. Most are smaller and much too soft - I'm almost tempted to try again with Adairs for 3rd time lucky.
But beware of product reviews on Adair website - they are selective. I tried to review the product but found out that reviews are only by "random invitation". I was told that I can review a product on a public site like this one.
Gorgeous sheets comfy to sleep on – These are a bright fun addition to the bedroom . Super comfy too. Got them in Black Friday sales - good price .. better when your an Adairs member too. I ended up buying them in a couple different colours -
