Rip-Off! – I have been left feeling ripped-off and mislead after buying an Adairs Comfort Low & Soft Pillow from the Adairs website, which described the pillow as low, soft and being suitable for back sleepers. The pillow is of a medium height, so too high for back and stomach sleepers. The pillow is quite firm, it gave me a headache. This pillow has been misrepresented as Low & Soft, it should have been more accurately labelled as Medium & Firm.
If this product had of been accurately represented on Adairs website, I would not have purchased it.
I really believe this product was misrepresented on Adairs website and I feel that I should be entitled to a refund of money paid.

great value for money – The perfect range of pillows for your money. I found the High and Soft perfect for me, the High nad Firm was great for my partner, and the Low and Soft was a perfect height for my Son. Its a good quality ,pillow that holds it shape and doesnt break the bank :) The European pillow is a much better make than any other brand I have seen....its extremely plump and fills out the cases perfectly (much better than those sad soggy "cheap ones" you get at other places.
Treated with Ultra Fresh means I dont have to worry my allergies will flare up.
