this is after they're a very weird rambling call-center conversation I had with a support person. Our fireplace -that cost $4,000 to buy and install-broke down after 5 years and I guess they have lost interest in older customers. OK yeah --they suk. I don't believe the 5-star reviews here--- NOPE...
