I purchased a CamelBak reservoir which unfortunately failed on its very first use due to a slow leak. When I contacted customer service, they were… Read more

polite and responsive, and even acknowledged in their correspondence that the product had failed on first use. However, they required a photo clearly showing the fault before they would consider a replacement. As the leak was slow and the item had already been misplaced, this wasn’t something that could realistically be demonstrated. After this experience, I looked into reviews and found a number of other customers reporting similar leaking issues, which is quite concerning. It’s disappointing that no resolution was offered for a product that failed immediately. I would be open to revisiting this if the company is able to provide a more flexible outcome.

Most convenient bottle ever – My partner and I have both been long term users of Camelbak bottles and we've been using the Chute for quite some time now. What separates this from… Read more

the Camelbak Eddy (lid with the straw) is the easy to use, and most importantly easy to clean magnetic top. Once unscrewed, the lid is held open in place by a magnet. Additionally, there is an ergonomically sized handle beside the lid which makes going on walks with the bottle very convenient. If you're like me and you're generous with your lip balm, there can be a gradual build up over time around the mouthpiece and under the lid however, nothing that can't be fixed with an easy clean. Overall, a very easy to use bottle with great features. Will likely buy more in the future in the 1 litre size.

Plastic taste so strong you can’t drink out of it – Tried washing it out six times no change. Read online to soak it with lemon juice still undrinkable. Waste of time and money I’d stear clear of the brand all together.

Keeps Water Cold For Ages, Sip Mouthpiece Issues – I needed something to take to work with as well as have on hand if going to the shops or gym. It's a great size and fits in my car's cupholder, and… Read more

feels really nice to hold. The handle is a good size and it keeps liquids cold for ages - even after being in a hot car (though I don't recommend this).

The bite/sip value is a great idea and it works really well. I kind of love it. But it has one major issue which is when it comes time to clean it. Gunk and stuff builds up on in the inside, and you need a toothpick or similar tool to clean it properly. I'm always careful not to apply too much pressure as it may actually tear through the silicone. I'm also concerned that it's never truly clean.

I probably wouldn't buy it again if I lost it or it got damaged, but the one I have is really good overall.
