and 100% factual in the reasons given for the one star. Reviews are important for consumers, and not publishing reviews is dishonest and misleading (as is not honouring free shipping and discount offers).

Camelbak warranty service – Purchased 2 Camelbak Forge s/s drink bottles at Aldi. The one that I used a lot the lid stopped sealing due to thread wear. Contacted Camelbak they supplied 2 new mugs no questions asked, no receipt req'd just a photo. Excellant service will buy and recommend your products.
