repeated delays, and promises of updates or contact that never actually happen. My wife has taken multiple days off work waiting for deliveries based on information provided by Castlery, only for nobody to show up.
What’s most disappointing is that Castlery never proactively reaches out to us. Every single update has required me to chase them myself via email, only to receive another generic AI-style apology with no real resolution.
Most recently, I was specifically told their carrier team would contact me on Monday to arrange delivery. Nobody contacted me at all.
At this point it genuinely feels like the situation is just being dragged out while customers are left wasting time waiting for answers.
Based on our experience, I definitely would not recommend purchasing from Castlery.
Good quality, design and price – This sideboard was better than I expected in terms of quality and material, and the design is exactly how the promotional images appear which was a relief. Excellent value too. Deliver had a long lead time but I knew this when making the purchase.

got a huge gap between the bad and mattress.When I try to contact the service center. They just let me move up the mattress.
