Yesterday was a mild day with slight breezes and umbrella blew over bending one of the arms. Contacted supplier who advised that it was not covered under warranty and that they advise that the umbrella should not be opened with any wind.

Rubbish product and warranty. Fell apart half way through the warranty period with the Company slipperier than a bucket full of eels squirming their way out of any warranty obligation.

they didn't want to replace it said they don't supply nz now get a friend to get you one if they are going to auz , really! They still supply nz with other products so what's the problem I don't want a refund as then the frame is useless I just need a new canopy.

the years. It is a top class product. It solved my weed problems after the drought (and Roundup) killed my lawn. There is no mowing involved, just enjoying the weedfree vista of your backyard.
lousy after sales service – Contacted for some extra clips to hold blinds down, got an automated email response and that was all. NON existent after sales service. Their service is rubbish, nothing positive to say about this company.

These are no good to fasten light shade cloth,as they snap off on using a hammer – These fasteners do not hold shade cloth,upon hammering in place they snap tried on soft treated pine to no avail.Tried hammering into pine without shade cloth,but still snapped off.Do not purchase.
