details and they refused to give it until I got really frustrated. I sent back the item express post and I am yet to receive a refund. I have contacted them multiple times and now that they have the item back they have not reached out to me regarding the refund.

The rug arrived and it is definitely not plush No thickness at all Still hasn’t settled as per the suppliers notes

Quality of weld points which connects nuts to the frame are in away that block the nuts hole so for some nuts it is not possible to screw bolts in nuts. There are scratches and marks on some wooden parts.

to be told it was minor damage and they would not return or refund our money. We questioned this and was advised to put the desk together and send more images. Why would we waste time putting together a damaged desk! They do not stand by their product or run an ethical business. Would not buy from them again and advise other potential customers to follow suit.
